Excellent

Staff was amazing! I only slept for the night and wish I would have enjoyed the breakfast but had to leave early! I took a bit time to walk around and it was Beautiful!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I went to a New Years event and their vegan options were amazing. Their drinks there were also delicious.

The hotel was amazing, full of history and great vibes. The only downside was the restroom. The sink kept dripping, the tub wouldn’t drain properly, and the toilet made constant running-water noises. Aside from the bathroom issues, the hotel itself was fantastic.

Overall stay met our expectations. Breakfast was very good I would recommend the green chilaquiles. The only issue we had was that our room was not cleaned until the evening on day 2 of our stay. We will be staying there again.

Best hotel in zacA, no pool so that sucks but rest is awesome. Big spacious room, everyone eager to please. Restaurant food good. I'm from there so we chose to stay there while we did our wedding...elsewhere because weddings here start at 50k US lol

Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Staff was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We extended our stay 2 extra nights. Walkable to the park and church. Loved the architecture of this hotel.

Everything eas great. Few maintenance issues...coffee machine didnt work, curtains in living room need to be re-hung. Sliding glass door was left unlocked. We stayed in room 105. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff

Beautiful historic hotel, we were just in awe. Staff has superb customer service, polite and so helpful. There are very minimal outlets in the rooms and some didn’t work.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful experience!

The ac unit kept dripping in our suite, it seemed a little outdated for the price of the hotel. We were getting overcharged for the buffet breakfast. It’s a beautiful hotel as a building, and the staff was great, but overall the room and ac problem didn’t make it worth the price.

Amazing stay

I didn't like that we waited like 20 minutes at the restaurant and they didn't serve our drinks or neither food for breakfast, we literally have to leave to eat outside the hotel.
