Everything was great! Affordable and close to beach and all that Waikiki Beach offers!

Overall great as always, staff if top notch. Room is clean, bed and pillows are comfy and shower is divine. 4th time at SPK and will go again. Only drawback is of course that resort fee that adds zero value, like none. Toilet paper and Kleenex are very cheap. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

If you book this hotel through hotels.com, you better call and make sure you actually have a room. last thing anyone wants is to check in and find out that they dont have a room for you because their system (or whoever) overbooked their rooms and “because you bought your reservation through a 3rd party” they didnt “see the reservation”. I want to point point put that ive never had an issue booking through hotels.com until now so im going to assume this is through the fault of Princess Kaiulani Hotel. Its a shame, ive been a loyal customer to this hotel for over a decade because of the location of the hotel. I will never book with them again.

Lovely open property. Good nightly entertainment. Friendly staff, great happy hour and good food. Very convenient location.

The hotel is older but in a great location and has been well maintained. Beach, shops & restaurants are all close by. We were a little frustrated trying to pay with travel cards as their process is to hold payment plus $1 on check in and then charge on check out. Travel cards don’t allow for this and we just wanted to pay but they were also holding the extra funds for the full stay. We didn’t have this problem at any of the other 3 places we stayed in Hawaii.

Renovated rooms are great. No elevators in parking structure was a negative. Location is great. Views are an added value.

I liked the Clean rooms, great staff, walk 2 min to the beach. I didn’t like the extra fee I had to pay plus parking. Almost $100 more per day. also Landry machines need to be updated or better kept

Elevator issues for third year in a row, according to employees. I was in the 25th floor with an ocean view, all I heard were my neighbors. A lot of trouble sleeping at night and staying asleep because of sound. The only reason it gets three stars is cuz employees were great and location was too.

I was very satisfied with my stay in the Hotel. Except that there no had a complementary service for drink coffe or water in the Lobby. On other hotels they have it. Thanks

Wine spilled on the bed and I reported it almost immediately. Staff responded immediately and did a very professional cleaning and response. They reassured me and made me feel better about my mishap that I caused. Service with a smile, beginning to end!

Right close to Waikiki Beach And in the shopping district if you are into such a thing. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Would recommend The Happy Hawaiin, Liliha Bakery and Eggs and Things for breakfast. Murigame Udon, Doraku and Kai Poke for Udon, Poke and Sushi were good. Places close early so watch timing for dinner. Enjoyed our stay here for sure.

Great location. We did technically have an ocean view. I wish it was higher though. Sheraton Princess tower is only 12 floors. They do have other options on higher tower. Other than that the place was good. You could see the water and there were tons of options for food around. Hotel restaurant was good too!

Great stay at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. Very central location. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would stay again !

It was very nice but you have to use earplugs to sleap because the noice from the streets and neigborhood are quiet loud, and I was on the 25 flour. This is a very nice hotel don't get my wrong, clean and on a fantastic locasion. One downside were also the elevators, one was down and therefore it took some time to get to and from the room, in addition to them being generaly slow.
