The location of the hotel is amazing, but some of the staff are not friendly. Most are good, and the hotel mechanism is too strict; there is no dispensation. Hopefully, it can be better.

I stayed with my family with 2 rooms. There are renovated rooms, so make sure with your options before you make the booking. The room view is amazing. The staff is very helpful. We can borrow an umbrella if you don’t bring one. They also help me get a taxi to the airport at 4.30 am. Thank you Keio Hotel

The location is really good, not far from Shinjuku. The hotel is really nice and clean, the room is also nice and quite spacey. We can open 2 big luggage, 1 small luggage in the room. The staff is also nice and helpful. Thanks a lot!

One of the classic hotels that keep its standard, but most importantly, we can take our bus limo to Narita/Haneda directly from the hotel, very convenient.

This is our second time staying here, surely we’ll stay here again next time in Tokyo.

The spacious room and excellent amenities made for a comfortable stay. While the gym was adequate, the fruit selection could be improved. (During my three-night stay, the only fruits available were melon, pineapple, two types of oranges, kiwi, and lychee.) The location is convenient, not too busy, and only a short walk away from the nearest shopping and station area of Shinjuku.

Keio Hotel Tokyo is a very comfortable hotel in the Shinjuku area, which has easy access to the subway, JR, and shinkansen.

It's a good and big hotel. Near the station and everything you need. You can go there from the airport using a limousine bus, so you don't need to send luggage or carry the luggage from the train station. It will drop you right in front of the hotel lobby, and you can also book the limousine bus from the hotel concierge to go back to the airport. Very convenient.

The hotel is near everywhere, not far from the station and you can also use a limousine to go to this hotel from the airport or from the hotel lobby to the airport.

Great place, comfortable, clean and good service

Service is good, location is okay, need to walk a bit from Shinjuku Station. Room is huge for Japan size, downside was when I reached the hotel at 3 PM (check-in time) they said my room is not ready, but then they changed my room to another room (similar type) and I got the room view that doesn't fully have a city view, although I have requested it previously. Stayed there for 4 nights. My view across is an office building 😅😅 quite disappointing. 😅

Amenities kcl2, for the bathroom is not separated between the bath tub and shower room like other 4-5 star htl2. But overall like staying here, this is the 2nd time to Japan to stay here.

The hotel is clean even it is an old hotel. There is a continent store inside the hotel. It is very easy to get to anywhere.
