I did not like the oaying for parking. We did not have a refrigerator or a microwave in the room. Very out dated and the shampoo or conditioner was empty. Felt we were a bother when we checked in.

My toilet wasn't flushing properly (and they were aware is this, and they still placed me in that room. Carpet needs to replace, the front door and bathroom door have 1 inch gaps. Tub looked dirty (but it looked stained). Towels are not really washed properly (marks and station was visual). Room had a very musty smell. Coffee pod device needs to clean properly. The remote control for the TV needed to disinfectant properly. The metal on the bed sticks out on both side and you can and will but your legs on it (very sharp and dangerous). So much more, but I will not mention. But it's staff (that area all so wonderful) makes you to often forget the rooms are runned down (out dated) and needs to come into the 2020's

Unfortunately, our experience at the DoubleTree Hotel was disappointing. While the reception staff was courteous and professional, we encountered several issues that affected our stay. Upon entering our first room, we discovered a cockroach. The front desk agent was understanding and promptly arranged a room change, which we appreciated. However, the second room was also problematic. The bed sheets had visible coffee stains, and the water bottles had already been opened—suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned or restocked. When we contacted the front desk, we were told someone would come up to assist with changing the sheets. The person who arrived was from security—not housekeeping—and was visibly annoyed. He made it clear that changing sheets was not his responsibility, left us with the wrong linens, and gave us an ultimatum: he would either bring different sheets or check for another room, but not both. We opted to check for another room, but upon returning to the front desk, he informed us over the phone that there were no other rooms available. The overall experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, particularly given the standards we expected from a DoubleTree property.

Front staff fine. Have to use your room key to get off the elevator. No microwave nor fridge in the room but bathroom nicely furnished with some extras. Hallway rug worn and frayed. Shuttle service OK until the young man dropped me off the next day then drove away with my luggage bag before I could get it! Sportsbar downstairs loud and short staff but the ones they have are polite and hard working!

The property was in pretty good shape. Our bathroom door did not fit properly and didn’t shut well. The shampoo holder fell off the wall the last night and the sink didn’t drain well but those are all small things. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Very old outdated hotel. Carpet so old affected our sinuses. No room service or restaurant only a sports club open after 4 pm. The advertisement of this hotel was deceitful.

Well the only things I can say is the AC/Heater did not work in my room. Bathroom needs some TLC as there is rust at base of tub. One note with regards to shuttle van. Needs some suspension work ASAP as it is quite a bumpy ride. So the shuttle could use some attention

The room sheets were dirty, the pool was closed, and the restaurant was not open during the afternoon. I could not check in until after 4:00. It was not a good experience at all! I will not stay at a Doubletree again.

My check-in experience at the hotel was smooth and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room—it had a strong, dusty odor that made it uncomfortable. Additionally, I requested body wash gel for the shower each day, but despite multiple requests, housekeeping never provided it. I also purchased the breakfast package for two for three days. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was poor on the first day, and when I checked the bar on the second day, it was clear the offerings hadn’t improved—it just wasn’t worth the hassle. In the future, I’ll skip the prepaid breakfast option and decide after seeing what’s actually available.

Weather conditions in Denver forced our flight to be diverted and delayed for 3 hours. We were finally able to make it to Philadelphia in the early morning hours. In total including airport stay, plane flights and delays we spent 18 hours traveling from Washington state to Philadelphia. We had a 20 month old child and a 4 month old baby. To top it off, our luggage got misplaced and we only had our clothes we wore and the carry ons. We checked in to the hotel and the young lady was very pleasant. She offered us cookies and vouchers for breakfast. We gave specific instructions to inform us if our luggage came. We were in Philadelphia for 3 days and asked daily if our luggage came and the front desk person said no. We checked the airline app and it said they received our lost luggage report but our luggage was still in a different state. When we reached home and finally got hold of a live person from the airline, we were informed that the luggage was delivered to the hotel in the afternoon of our arrival! Nobody from the hotel informed us of our luggage even though we asked daily! Our luggage was left behind in a hotel with our work laptops, baby formula, prescription medications ! Apart from this, the hotel shuttle person was not very courteous and helpful. We asked why the hotel shuttle had no working seatbelts to secure the child seats. She was more interested in leaving the airport for the hotel and ignored our child safety concerns. Overall experience was TERRIBLE!!!
