Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, We went for basics training graduation and it was a 15 drive

The staff at this hotel were outstanding - very caring. I especially commend Maria, at the front desk and Steve, the shuttle driver. They made my days there! The reason I gave this hotel two stars was because the elevators were a big problem! The first day my friend and I couldn't get an elevator to respond when we pushed the button. The next day when I was supposed to meet friends, I got stuck on the elevator for at least 20 minutes & it got HOT! I vowed not to get back on that elevator, but when I was checking out at 5:45 a.m., it was the only elevator that would respond. Afraid to miss my flight, I got on. I was relieved when the elevator moved to the first floor, but then it stopped. Luckily, it then moved to the 6th floor where the door opened. Well, I got off! I had a plane to catch! The maintenance man had to come get me and help me with my luggage. He saved the day! The staff was great. The room was clean and the showers had great pressure!

Not what was on the pictures before I booked definitely catfished me

I didn’t like much about it. The room always smell, the pool was dirty, the room services was mediocrity. It’s wasn’t a pleasant staying for me or my kids.

Outdated. They charge for bkfast! Not worth it.

Everything was good but the AC was not good it was not cooling the room the right way it was kinda hot l!

It was an amazing experience where the staff was very supportive and helpful from the moment we got there, Michelle helped a lot along with the rest of the reception team! Monti was also super helpful with the shuttle back and forth to our soccer tournament that was near by the hotel. We want to thank all the staff on behalf of our soccer team and club KWG FC Pumas!! Blessings

I stayed at 4th Floor, the condition of the walls and the paint looked unfinished, dirty carpet, either it was remodeled yet not finished or to be remodeled but esthetically needs serious improvement.
