Top notch, valet service was quick. Actually did room service and that was great and tasty food. Walk in shower and the view out the window could see mt hood. Someone somewhere out side was shooting fireworks so that was a little annoying but that time of year is expected I guess

Such a nice hotel near the Willamette river, definitely going again!

A bit run down. Bar doesn't open til 4pm. Breakfast was very good. Location was good.

We loved the experience. The staff was great and very helpful including Raith Arroyo who had great suggestions about places to visit and the best way to get to them.

Amazing hotel and I happen to be there over the 4th of July and had a balcony so I could see and hear the Blues festival and amazing fireworks over the water. But what i loved most was the staff who gave amazing recommendations and helped make my stay awesome.

Facilities great. Parking my SUV at $58 per night was outrageous.

We had a great time downtown Portland. The hotel was convenient for everything that we were doing. The staff were really friendly. I wish we had known that we had $30 food credit each day. We didn't find out until day 2.
