Was super clean ,Very convenient!Our front desk lady that checked us in was amazing!So kind and helpful

Great shuttle. Great check in. Comfy room. Clean and nice and safe and convenient.

The sink did not drain, the bathroom door could not fully close due to water damage, and the telephone was disconnected

We were able to check into our room early. The room was clean. We enjoyed breakfast and later we had wine and dinner in the lounge. Everything was delicious and the staff was wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was a huge help.

It’s a decent option as an airport hotel

We booked last minute after a cancelled flight with no luggage.

Heater was broken. Super cold in the room all night. When I inquired about a discount Front desk said I should have called to have it fixed. We got in a 11pm and just wanted to try and get some sleep before our flight the next morning...Not worry about a repair being done. Not related but the celing tile over the toilet had mildew or mold on it. Didnt report it.

Joni was an absolute gem of a server, we enjoyed our dinner so much! Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding between flights. Sad to see the pool filled in. It used to be beautiful. Now it’s a gym and an open area.

Comfortable stay.

The hotel itself was very nice and inconvenient location. It was very clean and remodeled. The parking was very tight and wrapped around the building. We had to walk a long way to the front door, which was the only one open. I understand that in this area that is probably for security. Better instruction on where to check in would have been helpful. I feel this location could be difficult for somebody who has mobility issues.

Seems like the property is understaffed. We checked in late and waited over 20 minutes at check-in. Then got to our room. Not enough towels for the # of people on the reservation. Super expensive for what you get.

Staff was friendly, love the free airport shuttle, I felt safe and I’d stay there again.

Hat goes off to Nike & John who tried to accommodate a pull away bed but due to fire hazard could not. Didn’t get to stay long but can’t really say anything bad, would stay here again. Thank you both for going the extra mile with your customer service!!

Carpet made the long trip to your room difficult to roll baggage on

The best part was the lobby bar. Good cocktails and great service. Check in was ok. Wish they would've directed me to the room better. I ended up walking in a huge circle to find it. Also didn’t feel safe on the ground floor near the lobby and I was by myself. Shuttle service is great until 20 people want it at the same time in the morning. Room was large and comfortable though. Lobby with outdoor feel is a plus

Good if you need a quick turn around at the airport. Has transportation to an from.
