First of all I would like to start off by saying that the Ramada has always been my favorite place to stay when I’m in the Spokane area, for reasons that I could go on and on about a, a very peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, the last time I stayed there was over the Father’s Day weekend and I had one of the ground floor rooms that lead to the back yard where the lawn chairs were along with the bonfire pits. My finance and I were enjoying each others company when it phone had rang but we were just getting out of the shower so we had missed the call. All of the sudden our back sliding glass door had opened and one of the front desk ladies had just opened our door and stuck her head in our room and told us we had to come to the front desk now. I not only was startled but very disturbed by the rude manner her tone was with us, not to mention I was not dressed appropriate for any company let alone strangers. My fiancée proceeded to the front desk where he was told that he has to provide another card because the one on file was declined. Then he was told if he did not have the full amount then we have 10 minutes to check out. We had reserved the room for 3 nights and we had only been there for one so far. Let me say the reason we reserved it like that is because we usually get charged at the end of our stay and at that time would have been when his direct deposit comes in. Running our card 3 times gave us a over draft on our account. I felt very violated and would like
