honestly dont get tricked by the photos, this is a motel in the meaning of the 2000´s word. Not clean, not pretty, not good. If there are no other options is fine, it has a lock, safe surroundings, but is better to stay somewhere else

The hotel is filthy. Sheets are stained, roof is caving in.

No toilet paper in a restroom that barely worked. Shelves hanging rust everywhere. Ceiling tile is ridiculous for a hotel. The door locked was loose. There was a roach on the restroom floor. His place is extremely run down with furniture on the side and old mattresses etc of the building. Worst stAy ever

Well its pictures of pool, pool tables and bar were all fake and very disappointing. Price was good but will never stay here again. Poor showing of property on website.

The hotel needs to be removed from hotels.com as the room was dirty, and had an infestation of cockroaches, dark hallways as lights were out, there was black mold on ceiling and was also falling off, the air conditioner was not working properly and i decided for heath reasons to not stay the night and moved to another hotel

The 2 rooms I had there were a complete mess almost like a barn full of animals. Complete and utter mess and the bathroom shower was broken

This propert was not as advertised. The rooms and bathrooms were run down and in very unsanitary conditions. I would never go back. I also paid for breakfast and they never had any breakfast at all

In a scale of 0 to 10 it was a 0. I say eco-friendly cause we had nothing. We asked for additional towels. We only had 2 large towels and they knew we were 3 adults in the room. When asked for blankets cause it was freezing we’re told they didn’t have any extras on the property. The complementary breakfast offered was coffee and packaged muffins. The room was excessively cold and were told people complain its hot now it’s too cold. We’re sorry. I explained my 87yr old mom was freezing and needed rest for the following day and he said nothing and answered the phone. Worst experience ever and definitely believe they just chose to horrible. When I mentioned to the morning person she just said I don’t know why he would say that we have extras maybe he misunderstood. Not sure what I could have said different Towels, Blankets, Freezing and this is Breakfast??? In addition my sister went to ask for towels and blankets when she was told NONE. I thought maybe she didn’t explain herself well so I went and was given the same answers.

Their computer was down and I had to sleep in my car

Tv would not work. I followed the instructions that was hand written on a piece of paper on the desk. But, the tv still wouldn't work. I Called front desk to come asst. Me they said ok & that never happened. Carpet was very dirty, walls dirty, & paint chipped. Restroom was horrible & the tub as well. I did not showered due to these circumstances. Mold around the edges in restroom & bedroom area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to no one to stay here & I would surely never stay here again. Sadly tha way the advertisement was put out of how nice & elegant is a place to stay & when a person gets here it's way different & horrible. False advertisement of photos shown publicly is misleading. SMH!

Heater didn’t work. Took two remotes to work the tv. Was very confusing

Had mold and roof appeared to be falling, outdated furniture, restroom had mold/stains smelled like weed.

When checking in and making sure I had a downstairs unit. Was told no and that I can just cancel and leave. She was rude and not very helpful. I did not give an attitude or even try to argue with her. I took the room offered. It was in a dark corner. Stairs were wobbly, toilet would not flush. Mold in the ceiling and wall. Carpet had stains. Beds had deep indentions where you can tell people had laid on them for a long time. I paid for deluxe and did not get it. No fridge, microwave or iron in the room. Not worth the money I paid for it.
