Staff were great!

Nice stay - I always stay there when I’m in the area for work, and occasionally when visiting family. Location is convenient, quiet, clean and great views of town and the harbour. Room was a bit too warm and stuffy for my taste and didn’t seem to be able to regulate totally. Also, didn’t appreciate having housekeeping knock on my door a minute or 2 past 11.

The room was great, clean and check in was easy.

Sophia was extremely accommodating, She has the best energy. She made she we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Sophia!

Restaurant wasn’t open, said the bar was doing the service. No hours posted whether or not breakfast was being served.

Very noisy well into the early morning hours.

Staff were good. Rooms were clean amd had all the facilities needed. Could use some black out type curtains as a lot of street light did come in. Sheets on bed did create a lot of static shocks. Location was excellent. Parking lots were small but did find a space without any trouble.

The toilet ran all night and we had bones in our hot turkey sandwiches. We did complain about the bones and we got a oh sorry, and that was all.

restaurant was delicious but waited 55 minutes for a burger and wings. Room was great but the bathroom was rusty in sink and bathtub, the ceiling tiles were chipped; sink tiles were chipped, but a pretty good experience 7/10

Parking was not ideal had to park 2 blocks away dragging my luggage

The hotel is very nice to stay at, pool is very enjoyable and rooms very comfortable
