As previously everything provided for comfortable, convenient stay while visiting family. Rooms always clean, comfortable and staff helpful

Great staff and clean, updated hotel. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Room was clean and decent size for 1 person. Bedding was not very comfortable, including pillows. WiFi was inconsistently working and unreliable.

Staff was really unkind to my neice, I thought it was ok, just not as friendly as I am used to, which is fine. The issues were with the room, gorgeous room BUT the shower was leaking, the hair dryer worked for a bit then died THEN the sewage smell was absolutely terrible, wifi was off and on, no lifejackets for kids for pool, not very kid friendly in general

Everything needed for short stay to see family. Rooms very clean, comfortable and well maintained Situation great for location and transport.

I wish to make known my complete dissatisfaction at this booking. I booked a room with Twin beds and private bathroom for 2 work colleagues going to a Trade show. The room was completely unsuitable for this situation at a cost of two thousand euro! Clearly when twin beds were booked it was not a couple! The beds could not be separated by the guests and the shower was located in the main room with absolutely NO privacy. Despite reception staff trying to be helpful the hotel was booked and a change of room was not possible but this should never have happened in the first place. Serious attention to detail required going forward. Very disappointed.

There was this customer service officer. His attitude was terrible. Asked about possibility of having room side by side he said not possible in a loud tone. When asked about estimated time to leave hotel for airport, he answered it depends on how many gates and traffic condition, so he cannot tell me anything. First time encountering such customer service. Perhaps he is in bad mood, or dislike talking to a chinese or whatever. Rudest hotel staff I have ever met.

The room was extremely hot, the air conditioning barely worked so it felt hot while sleeping

The hotel was really lovely and the desk staff were friendly and kind, but the digital check-in was ridiculous - my passport didn't scan properly three times, they had to change machines...maybe just go back to the old ways?

Lovely large rooms - we booked 2 superior rooms which were allocated on the top floor - just the 2 rooms so was like a suite. Location was good - quiet but near to everything. The hotel operates an online check in and your key is on your phone, so little interaction with staff but everyone we saw was friendly. Great stay
