Amazing staff!

Concierge service was impeccable. They were so helpful getting Cabs when there were no Ubers available. They assisted me with train tickets to Mount Saint Michelle. Honestly, it made this stay worth it I wish I would’ve upgraded our room for over a week stay it was very small for me and my daughter.

I hated this hotel. Everything went wrong from the day I arrived. Water wasn’t running properly on my floor so I couldn’t take a shower. I found out that afternoon that it was floor wide after I pressed, not that anyone apologized. Then I couldn’t use the lobby to work or talk bc the staff told me that their brand was to play loud music even in the middle of the day when no one was around. The room I was in was tiny, I couldn’t sleep from the strong light that emitted from the TV. My bottles of water were sometimes thrown away, sometimes not even though I brought them from the outside. The gym was unkept and not clean. One day the water fountain wasn’t working so there was no water. The toilets keep flushing unless you take extra care to turn the lever off. The fridge in the room sometimes was cold and sometimes wasn’t. The staff was actually friendly it just the maintenance of the hotel was really bad.

The staff was very inattentive in morning.

i did not like the bathroom with the tub and faucet . it’s not handy and is to old fashion . i think they have to remodel it . That’s the only thing what i did not like .

The a/C in the rooms did NOT work well, the restaurant was crappy and small, people did not fit.

Crapy Hotel, the rooms Were super expensive and the air conditioning did not work, the food in the dinning area was poor and the area really really small, can’t accommodate the guests.

All staff were personable and helpful, the peonies in the lobby smelled beautiful, the breakfast buffet delicious, and the concierge exceedingly helpful. Lovely room, charming hotel.

Family and friends holiday We had a great time from check in to check out. Friendly helpful staff! Location of hotel is perfect for easy access to landmarks! Opening hours of gym was 24 hours making it easily accessible! My kids loved the pool 😊 I will certainly rebook! Will

Comfortable, clean and well located close to the Louvre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool slightly chilly. Would have been nice to know that hotel bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment.

We requested a King bed - actually was 2 twins pushed together. Bathroom and ceiling had water damage. Customer service was not what it should be for a caliber of hotel.

Leaky sink faucet, tub wouldn’t drain, shower head/faucet placed inconveniently so it was uncomfortable to shower, hair in tub from previous guest, tub was really high and I am pregnant so it was difficult to get in and out of. Window view had no view besides construction that started at like 4am everyday so it was extremely loud and unpleasant. Carpet in room and hallways was dirty. Bar wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday. Overall dirty and not good quality for the amount of money we paid.
