The outlet in our bathroom didn’t work. The mattresses kept moving and twice I hit my leg on the wooden frame. My door key didn’t work great. It took both of us to get the door to open. One to swipe the key and one be ready to turn the handle! You couldn’t smell it inside but it stunk of pot outside. The bed was ok. Pillowcase super soft so take your own if you don’t like soft! Staff checking in was friendly. Guy checking out was rude.

My stay was for business. The hotel is located directly on 28th St close to anything you may need such as food, department stores, gas stations or anything else you could think of. The staff was busy on the phone when I arrived and he even took the time to pause his conversation and get me checked in because he knew it would continue to be lengthy. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was the ease of use of the television and working the local channels. Because of how cumbersome it was for me I found a channel I enjoyed and left it there.

No breakfast

Ample parking, but not many places to eat and a rather ordinary surroundings. This hotel is mainly for transiting people.

Was a pretty good stay, the room definitely had a musky smell to it and the hot tub and pool were pretty dirty. Hot tub jets definitely need a good flushing and cleaning - bubbles were dirty and black. Pool was full of hair and debris. There's an awesome waterslide but its haphazardly taped off with a sign the slide is permanently closed. Staff was very nice and helpeful, bed was really comfortable. 8/10

everyone was so nice while doing check received my deposit within 24 hours after check out, only thing i would say is there are no microwaves in rooms. You have to go down to lobby and the slide in the pool area has been closed for 2 years and nothing has been done??? overall would stay again

Room is ok Bathroom little dirty , so disappointed on the hot tub not hot enough. Is almost cold water. After long drive we really want use hot tub.

Broken AC, dirty, damaged room, fridge didn’t seem to work so our food got ruined. Loud occupants in the hotel.

The stay is always wonderful and very quiet. Im definitely going to keep coming back for a little get away from home.

There was a sliding door for the bathroom that kept coming off the railing. Once my granddaughter got stuck in the bathroom. Other than that the place was very nice.

One night stay in a King room. Very clean. Staff super friendly. Great pool and location.

The bathrooms need updating and the desk chair was falling apart. Everything else was great.
