Check in was slow. Everything was done correctly.

The guving of ice cold water to concert goers on returning was AWESOME and very much appreciated. Especiallly afte Yum! Center AC didnt come on until the concert was over. Couple that with standing in line on a 90 degree day, and it was hot! Ghost performed very well, and despite the heat all enjoyed the show but the A/"C in the room was lackluster at best and horrid at worst. The noise from trash collectors at 6 a.m. in a saturday morning afyer a big concert was extremeyl rude. Most woild be able to be overlooked, but at $200plus a night, i expect better.

A bit dated perhaps but nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Would stay again if I am ever back in town. Room taxes a bit high but that’s not Hampton/Hilton’s fault as the actual rate was reasonable. Parking was great, extra fee of course but worth it.

The hotel room was small and dated, it just didn’t have that homely feel, for the price that was paid, it’s not worth the stay. I couldn’t wait to leave and come back home.

Loved the hotel and the property. Not much retail around a very business setting which was fine for the night. Comfortable beds and very clean room.

It was in a great location. The booking says it provides an outdoor pool, however it was an indoor pool. It was also a very cold pool due to the heater being shut off the day before.

It was a nice stay per usual at Hampton Inn. We normally always stay at Hampton Inns. Everything was great but if I had to knock something the breakfast was maybe not as good as other Hamptons.

Lighting by room 628 was poor. Other than that it was excellent

The staff weee more than accommodating and the facility was clean and well cared for. .

Clean room, needed a couple minor repairs in the room that front desk staff were alerted to but overall nice place to stay.

Hotel is located downtown which makes it easy & convenient to move around

Outstanding. Our room had a wonderful view of the river and the July 3rd fireworks nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine and the dining rooms were (compared to other hotels) spacious and comfortable. A short walk to a large number of downtown restaurants.

It was a pleasant stay

Charged an extra 100$ when I got there for poor bedding that creaked horribly and the room was clean but all cabinets and refrigerators were open and had a funny smell.
