Did not feel safe. Didn’t even end up staying there a full hour. Do not recommend.

Property is rough! Price says it all !

Their representatives hung up on me twice when trying to set up an early check in. And the hotel did not answer the phone.

There was a roach crawling in the bathroom. The ice machine was broken on the 1st floor and we had to go to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was not continental, and the bagels were frozen. The pillows were ridiculously soft. This hotel needs a major update and cleaning.

We checked in at two and checked out at three. The Baymont is actually the days inn, as They are the same property. The ceiling was falling apart. The bathtub was falling apart. And the floorboard under the toilet was leaking water. Absolutely disgusting I would not recommend.

Clean room, sketchy area, but for the price I couldn't beat it.

It was nice having an indoor pool to swim. It was a short drive to the Van Andel Arena. But the breakfast could’ve been better.

This is so awful. There were bullets in the parking lot, the windows don’t close and lock. The air conditioner didn’t work. They would not move us to another room. So we went to another hotel.

The hotel is a Days Inn and Baymont Combined - which is fine- however the amenities listed are not up to date. The breakfast is just bagels and donuts, again, totally fine. The Baymont room was fine, shower was dirty, but beds were clean and comfortable. The pool is upstairs in a musty room, there is no hot tub. Overall, would stay again if I simply needed somewhere to sleep, but nothing else.

Service at the hotel was great!

It was a nice room, very comfy bed. But i didnt like the bathroom,very small and looks like it didnt match the room itself.

Whole floor smelled like marijuana. Shower was visibly moldy and tub had stains, would not step in there. Sink and toilet was clean and bed was confortable. Room had a smell of smoke. Doorwall was loose.around frame.

The bathroom was dirty, no drain stop in the tub, the pool area gate didn’t latch and bathrooms in the pool area where nasty. The staff was unhelpful the tv didn’t work went to the front desk 3 times and still no tv to work. Did not even send maintenance to see what the issue was after already getting new batteries.You could hear everyone in the hall and other rooms. No towels in the pool area. Multiple people where complaining upon check out. When I informed the staff she did not know what to do besides say sorry for any issues and looked at me as if she wasn’t listening. The only good part about the staff and the experience was the man who was in the “kitchen” area who gave my children cereal in the bag.

Looked liked someone puked In the sink the toilet was clogged. Breakfast was cereal and bagels. Said they would take care of me and give me a discount. They didn’t so had to confront them before I left. It was a nightmare

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was mold everywhere, the floors were sticky, holes in the ceiling, and staff is not the most respectful.

Its ok to catch some sleep. Needs to be renovated. Soon as I saw weekly options I knew not to expect much.

when we got to our room we notice the toylet sit was broke. i info the person at desk. itwas never even look at all time we was there. 2 day later we ask desk for towels and toylet paper. they never brought any to room. next day i went to desk and he gave me a roll said he was to busy with customers to bring to room. i told i was a customer.

Right when u enter in the room it smell like smoke we took non smoke room as well as cockroach in the bathroom
