Quietest hotel I've ever stayed in.

The only thing missing in our room was a luggage rack. Inconvenient

Very quiet and clean staff was friendly and nice.

Staff is kind and professional. Rooms and clean. Property is in a safe area with ample parking. Everything was good only complaint was that the bathroom door is basically a sliding piece of wood that hardly covers the bathroom it’s kind of awkward— other than that everything is phenomenal. Safety rating 10 out of 10

Easy to get to, convenient location, offered everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Should we be in Middletown again, we would make another reservation.

Everything I read in all the good reviews was exactly what we experienced. Clean rooms, nice staff. We checked in after midnight and even the night staff was lovely. Nice feature- there's a coffee/hot cocoa bar in the lobby available 24/7. Will definitely stay here again.

Appears to be recently redone, well kept. Rooms have a wood flooring and no rugs which is huge plus for me. Decent breakfast options for a quickie. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Free parking and breakfast was good to have.

Stay was good. Problem was my Hotels.com card did not work. So on Monday I will be calling for a refund.
