I never got my money back

This property is an older facility that has in many respects seen better days. However, the rusty bath tub and the dilapidated exterior of the building was incidental next to the clear evidence of alcohol use and drug use of the large group of ... what appeared to us to be permanent residence of a bunch of panhandling and abusive derelicts that were in our face from the time we arrived until we left to go have dinner and then after they all poured out of their rooms as soon as pulled back into yhe parking lot ... we grabbed our belongings and sped away from the property with our property and lives intact and unmolested. We have NO DOUBT, that if we'd have stayed ... it would have ended badly with injury and loss of property. We strongly recommend that NO ONE STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!

Staff is always amazing

A woman was screaming 2 doors down in the middle of the night, the police came for domestic violence, another guest was waving 2 guns at people and the police had to be called the same night, then the fire alarm went off at 7 am. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water the entire stay as well. The outside door which is supposed to need a key card to get in to the building was also broken and anyone can walk into the building. The parking lot is filthy and full of trash, the bathroom door is rusty in the room. The owners are letting the place fall down around them.

My HUSBAND was using the restroom whenever toilet water started pouring from downstairs from the upstair onto my husband. TOILET WATER

It seemed pretty clean but everything in this room was abused and broken. It was in the middle of the night after a long drive so I didn’t have the energy to find another hotel but it was bad! And the smell………….

It’s a nice place to sleep if you looking for a quiet place clean and nice staff

I have been using this hotel for when I have conferences however this was a really bad experience. I get to desk stood for a long time waiting to check in the desk lady was on her phone. Then when I got in that late night from the conference the air conditioner did not work and neither did the toilet flush. The sink was clogged and the ceiling was linking and had mold with flare up my asthma

Very sketchy hotel.

Air conditioner broken, room dirty, ceiling was falling apart abd dropping onto the ved and floor. Tv was old no good channels picture was distrauted.

Unhealthy conditions bathroom to beds to ceiling leaks. Drug dealing in the building. Checked out immediately and found safer and much better accommodations down the street for just a few $ more.

Stayed in the Newark DE location, and was not impressed with the property. Property was listed on Hotels.com and was hopeful for a comfortable stop over point on my trip from Virginia to Maine. For 150 dollars, on the arrival, property was dank and grungy. Property had an overwhelming mildew smell and did not sit well with my wife or I. Halls were dimly lit, and the lighting was dismal at best. When we got checked in, we noted the bathroom sink did not drain, as well the fridge had not been defrosted in quite a long time. I also noted that the walls in our room had numerous spots of drywall repair, and were not fixed appropriately. I mentioned this all to the desk clerk on our check out, while I can not be sure, but it was apparent that he either did not care, or he was powerless to do anything.

Only Thing I Would Say Is Please Upgrade The TVs

The building is ancient and badly needs an update. The jet tub was perfect. Thank goodness for that since that’s what I wanted but the rest was very mediocre and dirty. Thank goodness for mattress covers too. Not a place to stay if you will be mostly in your room which I was not.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Felt so unsafe we didn’t even make it to our room.

Old and beat up looking rooms

This hotel is very loud dogs barking in the hallway little kids running up and down. They said they upgraded me to a suite had water damage. It was clean enough, but I was pretty amazed for what they charged the condition of the hotel.

This place should be condemned.

There was poop on the wall. Filthy room. They really should be out of business. I wonder can I sue for this?

It looked liked a tweaker pad with cheap furniture, sparse. A cockroach was in the bathroom. A towel fixture was falling out of the wall, a light didn't work. I left that evening within an hour.
