Rooms were as expected and the balcony view to the pool is great. The hot tub was not hot so my kids used it as a pool. They had fun and love the courtyard. Food was good as expected. Would recommend. Perhaps there were just issues with the heater but didn't see any signage so my expectations were not met. We all enjoyed being able to order food from Skip and be able to hang in the court yard and eat, not being stuck in our room with food. We liked the fish pond with the big fish.

I was very underwhelmed. For the price, I was expecting better. 4 adults, only 1 bar of soap. There were 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners, which is acceptable. The carpet in the bedroom looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for a while, there was dirt and TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS on it .. the bathroom fan didn't work and was very full of dust bunnies, when I turned on the water in the tub, it came out BROWN! The top of the shower curtain was torn, the sink wouldn't drain properly so I had to remove the stopper and the GUNK under that thing was so disgusting. There also wasn't enough cups, and only 3 pillows per bed? The TV cable kept freezing and showing LG - NO SIGNAL. I loved the indoor terrace with the pool,hot tub and fish pond, but even in there was dirty. Off our balcony, there was a bunch of garbage on the awning for the room below, and looking up, all the beams were rusted and the ceiling fans were BLACK they were so dirty. Also, they keep all the pool towels at the front desk (which is written in very small print on the signs indicating the pool hours) For the price of the room, what we received was very underwhelming. ALSO, WHO DOSNT SERVE BACON WITH THE BREAKFAST 😂.

Staff were very friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. Well kept older property, was clean and beds very comfortable. Toilet needed to be secured better to the floor and the bathroom ceiling dripped water but didn't affect the excitement or purpose of our stay. Room had balcony a facing the pool area which was really cool. The fountain with the fish was a really fascinating treat for the kids also! Breakfast was excellent offering pancakes, eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, yogurt, fruit. Will absolutely book here again.

Completely disappointed with our 3 night stay at this hotel. I booked 2 queen beds and was given a queen with pull out couch as a second bed. No other options were available as the hotel was fully booked. The 30+ year old pull out couch was not suitable to sleep on due to the stains and springs breaking through the thin mattress. The bathroom is in need of a facelift, pieces of the toilet were broken, toilet paper holder broken, hairdryer holder was broken with no hairdryer, The entire room was dirty with +dust and stains. The tv had a line down the middle and the remote was taped up with visible dirt on it. The pools were dirty and uninviting. This is a $100/night hotel at best.

nice place, we decided to take a spontaneous trip to Fredericton to stay at the hotel. when I was younger I went but I was sick so I dint get to enjoy it as much. I noticed the ceiling in the pool are was dirty but I can understand as its not an easy place to get to. the rooms are ok quality. staff was very helpful. There was a wind storm passing through and the hotel lost power, no big deal. The staff let us still use the pool as long as we were ok with it being a little dark. They even offered a free session of the pool table as for the inconvenience. Overall good time but its no 10 star hotel. Good prices also.
