Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nicely renovated, extremely comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. The only slight disappointment was the restaurant. It was too brightly lit, lacking ambiance and the service was disappointing.

Claudio and the staff were all amazing. Professional and super efficient yet with a homey atmosphere for a very high end property. Nothing was too much for them! Hotel manager was also terrific. Will definitely stay there again. Very welcoming and happy environment. Thank you Mont Cervin Palace!!
