Very nice and well located property

Everything about the hotel & the fantastic staff that work there was exceptional. We had 11 days at the Mont Cervin Palace for our honeymoon and the staff could not do enough for us. From the moment we arrived until the day we left everything was perfect. From Pedro in the boot room,staff in the bar & restaurants….it was all perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Loved Mont Cervin Palace! Amazing Matterhorn views from the room, Grill Le Cervin served fantastic grilled meats and fish—perfect après-ski dinner. Ski rental right in the hotel plus secure lockers made everything so easy. Super convenient location in Zermatt, great staff, and the spa was a nice bonus. Can’t wait to return!

Some of the best service I’ve ever received anywhere in the world. Upscale but very comfortable. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The layout of the hotel and amenities was very convenient. The location close to the gondola is also nice.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The staff were very attentive and ready to help in any way they could. The shuttle cars from the station were great to transport our luggage. Highly recommend Grill Cervin, the lamb was to die for! We’d come back in a heartbeat

Great hospitality by the staff specially Verissimo, Sandro and Louis. Part of Property is old but hospitality by these individuals made it worth staying there.

Located in the heart of Zermatt. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our window. Very accommodating staff. Breakfast was really great . Out door area to sit and drink was also great. recommend

Everything was excellent, the service, food, everything. There was never a time where I felt like my needs were not being met. The room was also fantastic with a great view.
