No Air, No Cable and No Pool. Breakfast area was folding tables. Remodeling of hallways, and was not sealed off well, paint and construction smell bad. Did nothing to help accomodate us at another site.

No pool, fitness room, or cable. Clean hotel and good breakfast.

No tv, no pool, no fitness room. We realize renovations are ongoing, but really! And no cookies.

Out dated...no additional safety lock on the door. Cable was out. Tears on the pillowcases and sheets. Drawers falling apart.

Computer system down at check in. Then keys couldn't be made. 5-10 minutes before staff asked if we wanted to be let in the room despite us saying we were trying to change to an event. Rooms under construction. Pool under construction. Fitness center under construction. Grounds in the lobby coffee. In room coffee maker was missing a piece a part so it couldn't be used. The worst Hampton we've ever stayed.

There was a roach in our room, we were told we could move to room next door… this was about 9pm and I have to guess that there would be roaches next door as well. I have reached out to the general manager and haven’t been acknowledged!

Arrived to check-in and Hotel was closed. There was a sign on the door stating closed due to flooding, along with a phone number. I called the number and was told they had a pipe burst and contacted everyone with a reservation. I was never contacted, had booked 2 rooms, and the other party staying with, also had booked 2 rooms, wasn't contacted. Went to the Hotel across the street to see if had any rooms, which they didn't, and were told the flooding had occured in January.

Hotel was closed due to flooding. NO CALL, NO NOTIFICATION HOTEL WAS CLOSED UNTIL WE PULLED UP!!!!! Ended up at a whole other hotel who luckily had a room for us. Terrible customer service!

Fire department evacuated the building. Wasn’t able to stay. Still haven’t been refunded as promised.

Walked into the room - toilet had toilet paper in it, eye lash (fake one) on the sink - overall not clean feeling after that. Checked for bed bugs and knew we only had time for a nap before leaving for the airport - made the best of it. Wouldn’t recommend!

The property was horrible. Plastic folding chairs and plastic folding tables with plastic cloths for lobby furniture. Room keys had not been working for days, so staff needed to escort every guest to their room. I tried to cancel on arrival and they would not let me. I called Expedia and got 2 of 3 rooms refunded by EXPEDIA, but the property would not issue refund. Then the property charged me for the 3rd room after all. To top it off, the property managers lied and told Expedia we had all stayed in our rooms...none of us had, and one guy never even made it to the hotel in the first place! Horrible experience and we went across the street to a much-better Fairfield Inn.

The walls in the bathroom needed to be wiped down. They had a build up of dirt and grime from other patrons. The staff was nice, doors were not working when we stayed and they were honest and helpful

Kinda under construction

We booked a two night stay to experience the local flavor of Chezc Village in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. One of the selling points was an indoor pool. It was closed for maintenance. I asked the Clerk at the desk, no discount! One of the main reasons we booked that hotel is so I could exercise my bad knee in the pool(hydrotherapy).let potential guests know they are paying for amenities that aren’t available!

Pool was down for “cleaning” both days. TV didn’t work. Room was really small so the window was tucked in the corner behind the desk. Our particular room had the head of the bed against the wall with the back of the elevator so we heard that all night.

Very nice property. Business Center and Fitness Center were both under construction, but hotel was good for the cost.

Nice place to relax and unwind. Very close to the airport.
