Staff was great and helpful. Didn’t go to spa. Location was great. Was a tiny bit noisy. But nothing bad. Not a fan of the half shower door. Gets floor wet. But that’s minor.

Staff was mixed, some very helpful… others not so much. I was traveling with a friend and had confirmed by email twice to ensure two beds in our room… only to be told I hadn’t asked. Upon a further look into my confirmation my emails were found, but only after my persistence. The error was fixed and we changed rooms. The restaurant staff and bar staff were lovely. The bartender even made us a sandwich when we told him we hadn’t had dinner and the restaurant was closed.

Very modern rooms, mood lighting, great toiletries tea coffee ,robes etc.good bar off lobby with nice small meals, not cheap but 15 min walk to duomo.

Very good location. Polite staff. Reasonable prices. Breakfast was abundant and inexpensive. Quiet bar area. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfy and we slept well. TV didn’t work. Decor a little dated but overall we would go back.

The hotel is on a fairly large and safe street. The room was very quiet, facing inner yard and with soundproof windows, we booked a hypoallergenic room and it had a wood-like laminate floor that was spotless, comfy beds, and very efficient and quiet air conditioning. I had my best sleep in this trip. The breakfast had a really tasty smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, and of course a large selection of pastries. There are no usb ports for phone charging in the room but a very nice guy at the front desk found a converter to european plug for us. The only small challenge was that rooms have the actual keys rather than key cards. Might be a bit challenging for someone with arthritis but feels like a safer option for everyone else.
