Great value for money. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The pool was murky for the duration of our stay but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

I would like to thank Guina, the Front Desk Manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. She made our stay very pleasant. Because of Guina, we will definitely come back to this hotel. We are a family with kids, and we truly appreciated the clean room and the great value for the price in downtown. In our opinion, this is one of the best places you can stay in this area for the cost.

The gym was small but ok. If you know you will need to use the laundry machines, bring a fistful of loonies. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable but the place shines because of the staff. They were fabulous and a pleasure to deal with.

We loved this place. Dated but comfy vibes. We had the 2 bed suite which felt like an apartment! It was an apt really. Perfect for travelling with children. We were very happy.

Parking was safe and easy - although check-in attendant forgot to give me a parking pass so a bit of a kerfuffle. Hot tub jets weren’t working but otherwise a fantastic stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful:

I’ve stayed here since 2018 and this stay was disappointing no fan working and power issues in the room. Nice to see pub was open this visit.

I was there with 5 kids, they loved the pool, and pingpong table it kept thembusy and tired them out. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Everything was great in the room except the pull out couch bed was in rough shape . We could feel the springs through it. The only other thing was the sauna had ants at the door.

The room was very spacious and clean. Having a kitchen in the room, meant that I could save money on dining out and spend it on having fun. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

It was as shown in the listing. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Cartier Place Suite Hotel. It was clean. The staff were kind and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The only thing we didnt know that certain elevator takes you to another part of the hotel. Other than that it was good. Pool, hot tub and Sauna were great. They also ensure there are plenty of poolside towels for their guests. Overall would definitely stay there again.
