The TV didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work either

Great stay! Pleasant staff, clean room. Very accommodating.

Everything was great.

Everything was pristine, well kept, well managed, and the service and the staff were 100 satisfactory.

Front desk staff were great. Both check in and check out. Provided us with tooth paste and cookies.

4 dollars for bad coffee and coffee in rooms was bad, staff not accommodating i stayed 4days and nights , I asked for housing keeping,ran out toilet paper, shampoo less price hotel would have been more accommodating one microwave for whole hotel ? Roof in pool area leaking

This was a nice hotel. Fairly clean though the carpet smelled disgusting in our room. My friend somehow couldn’t smell it so I didn’t want to make it an issue but it was so unbearable to me that I couldn’t even eat in there without gagging. I bought carpet deodorizing powder and sprinkled it all over the carpet myself and that helped immensely. Left it there for them to use in the future.

Booked for baseball tournament, which was cancelled due to snow. Hotel wouldnt allow me to cancel, which prevented use of travel insurance or some other recourse. Most problematic, NO response whatsoever from hotel.

Great

Room was spotless. The temperature was difficult to maintain. The tub had no traction or anti-slip pads on the floor. So, one had to be careful in the shower. The standard room coffee was OK, not refilled daily. $4 coffee in the lobby was ridiculous, should have been complimentary.

Two queen beds with only one chair in a room is not convenient for people staying.

Arrived in pouring rain, the property Was exactly as the internet presented. The price was right too. Parked easily. Front desk very helpful under pressure. The computer system had just been Changed, so checking in went longer than expected, but my room did not disappoint ! Recently refurbished from carpets to decor. The bathroom sparkling. Loved the New shower curtain choice. It was a full house the Saturday I checked in. I Would recommend highly to anyone visiting the Worcester area RI, (even Boston) for price, free park easy access to 495, 95, Mass Pike The in door pool looked inviting too, even on a, rainy day. All staff were Very helpful & professional.

Elijah was welcoming at check-in. Mike rescued us when the toilet clogged. The room was refreshed on Saturday!
