The hotel location is good. The airport bus stops directly outside the hotel. If you want your room to be clean, you have to scan the QR code the day before. Although I requested for room side by side during booking but they put us on different floor with my kids. Luckily, the lady at the counter was nice enough and told us to check the next day if there is any vacant room on the same floor which we had to go back n forth to check. Eventually, they managed to allocate a room for us on the same floor. When we enter the new room, the room was not clean thoroughly and tea bags was not filled up for the next 6 days which I stayed there. Food was not that fantastic and for 7 days, we are eating the same food. Pancake was so hard. I booked this place partly because it was awarded with the best food but was so disappointed. Nobody also check whether the room you book comes with breakfast.

Room booked not as per booking. Informed frontdesk said under their rsvp is correct. Fridge leave at just beside the toilet and said this is due to room cleaning and guest should be not using since the weather is cold. Service was not up to standard and room cleanliness to be improved especially towel and mattress

Great view from the room, overlooking the harbor; quite spacious for 2 persons. Breakfast was delicious; lots of variety.
