10Mins walk uphill from HB train station/1min walk from metro.

Friendly and helpful staff. He helped us to print out my tickets for a football game. He also guided us to take public transportation around Zurich, and explained a bit about the city. The facilties are perfect and also near a tram shelter. It 's a walking distance from Zurich HB, but there will be stairways.

Nice place and very accommodating. Best to take tram from central station as you need to pass some stairs to get here!

Good but no lift on 7 floor, hot water need to go ground floor, but one helpful and kind staff Jovda Baakih, she friendly helping us not like the lady boss wear spec totally racist and not friendly, we are customer not her staff, overall good near to city and tram is stop intront of hotel

The receptionist is very helpful even though we do late check in.
