The parking garage, because it was also used by other commercial groups was not easy to navigate (where to park to be close to hotel elevators vs lugging suitcases a long way). Be sure to get your parking ticket validated - even for a one night stay - because even though the front desk said it was not needed, we couldn’t exit through automatic barrier. We had to call for assistance to someone who had to contact the hotel to ensure of our name/room # etc. Almost 10 minutes later we were able to leave.

This was a pleasant hotel to stay in. It has good location, helpful and welcoming staff, through and responsive housekeeping. The hotel restaurant served up decent food. If you want easy, close access to the boardwalk and other sites in the core this hotel is a good bet.

Great location, easy walk to the waterfront.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is great quick walk to everything in the city and if you're driving you don't get stuck in tge traffic.

This is a nice place to stay. The staff are very pleasant and capable. The facility itself could be a bit better maintained. The elevators and floor around it are dirty- filthy in the parking garage. What a beautiful property and view! Everything was wonderful!

Overall a good stay. Location is good, downtown, a few mins walk to the major activities. Hotel was nice, is still clearly under some renovation although it didn’t disturb us. We didn’t use many of the amenities. Overall a good hotel & would stay here again.

We were happy with the hotel, the amenities and the staff. The location of the hotel in proximity to the boardwalk and other local attraction is excellent. Having the mall with a great food court just steps away next to the hotel is also incredibly useful and convenient. Our only negative, as minor as it is, is the Hotel Restaurant. We decide to try to go there for breakfast one morning and despite the restaurant being rather empty we were told wait there to be seated. She then went about her business cleaning and preparing tables and checking on other customers while we stood there and watched. We felt she was very rude and we felt ignored so we just walked away. Then our second mistake, getting breakfast from the Starbucks in the hotel lobby right next to the restaurant. She was also rude and didn’t seem to be interested in her job yet. Worse yet the selection was limited. We ordered bagels with cram cheese that were awful, may have been day old or worse with very little cream cheese. We ended up not being able to finish them and had to throw them out. Other than those minor negative experiences, we highly recommend this hotel. Perfectly located, very clean great staff., reasonable rates. We would stay there again given the opportunity.

Fantastic hotel and the location is great - so close to everything we don’t want to go home . The staff were all so kind and helpful they really made our stay that much better! We will definitely be back

The hotel is a bit dated. The air conditioner in the room rattled all night making for a very broken sleep. Also paid extra for a harbour that was barely a view - a four and half foot concrete wall blocked what little view there was, and the "balcony" was a giant patio shared by multiple other guests that continually walk by. Will not be staying here in future.

Jill at the front desk was excellent in helping us extend our stay for additional nights and moving us to a beautiful room we had requested on top floor. She was amazing.
