I'm purchase the room with breakfast but they keep asking me to pay for my breakfast, the amenities is not complete, hotel is smelly.

The room was okay as shown in the picture, The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is considered strategic as it is near to a tram/train station and Circular Quay as well. But seriously you need to improve on the elevator/lift management. Yes, there was information about peak hours, and apologize for the delay and all, but wasting 50 min just to get down to the lobby was unacceptable. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay in.

Awesome view. Good location and excellent service from the staff. However, the lift was too old for the current era. Takes long time to wait if you stay on a higher floor.

For a good hotel and a very strategic location and the breakfast menus are very good. But for room cleaning service it is very slow, wait for the call first and then respond.

The staff was very helpful, the location is perfect. You can go to the circular quay and nearby shopping mall.

The hotel is very good and within proximity of Circular Quay, however, finding affordable food around the hotel for dinner is a challenge apart from fast food outlets.

I book family room for 4 people but the bed was not enough big for us. anyway clean and breakfast was good. many choices. taste good.

Very nice. From far away the concierge staff saw me dragging and dragging suitcases immediately to come and help. Smooth check-in process only shows ID, no voucher required. I arrived in the morning and the receptionist sent me a suma when the room was ready. Very close to circular quay station, the rocks, opera house. If you are tired of being able to go back and forth the hotel breaks and leaves again.

The second day of drinking in the room was not given again. So you have to beg. Then my palas left behind the sink, but there was no response. Then one day later I went again, I asked because I happened to be still in Sydney. He said no. If there will be directly in the email. But not emailed until this moment. Even though it certainly looks. It's small, only 2 teeth. In general, the service is not friendly.
