Good hotel

Room needs maintenance. Sagging ceiling tile with mold in bedroom. Leaking shower onto bathroom floor and stain on floor. Broken wall tile bathroom. Broken vertical section of sink "repaired" possibly with glue. Room is very dark even with all lights turned on.

It was nice

This is a beautiful hotel but we stayed here for the indoor pool and we could not use it because it was so cold! Not chilly, very cold. Only children were swimming and they were visibly shivering. We even asked the front desk about the pool temperature and they said the heater was on, but they "had a lot of kids in the pool last week". Perhaps they had to drain the pool and refill? Not sure, but the pool remained cold hours later when we checked on it and while not a huge deal, I am noting this to inform other parents who may choose this hotel over other options strictly for the pool.

The hotel is in a great location- literally across the street from Mystic Aquarium and the Mystic Village. The property is clean and the staff is excellent and helpful. Our room was great- fridge- microwave- and plenty of extras. The pool was great and has movies in the pool area along with activities for the kids. I did not eat dinner in the restaurant but it was busy without being crowed and had a nice outdoor courtyard space to relax with a drink. A great property- kudos to the staff and management.

Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Many different seating areas throughout the main areas. Pool was a nice size. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was friendly.

Loved the Hilton but the pools were closed while we were there so that stunk.

Conveniently located. Great service. Only issue was pool - water was cold!

The whole town was great. The hotel was great

Many things were good about this property-the lobby and fire pits were beautiful, the restaurant was great food, and very convenient to Olde Mistick Village and aquarium. My main issues with the hotel were resold: one, the pool was very murky and so freezing cold that it was not usable, and could not be heated despite multiple requests to the front desk, and this eliminated a big part of our plans for our kids to swim. Second, the room has two advertised queen beds, and the beds were definitely full sized, small, with very hard mattresses. It was a close and uncomfortable sleeping situation for four people. Finally, on the morning of our check out, they began very loud construction in the bathroom above us at 8:45AM.

Our 3rd time as guests. Always great.

Pool was cold. Over capacity during movie night. No Pool towels.

Location was great and hotel was clean! Unfortunately pool was cold and very cloudy which was really disappointing with children.
