Front desk staff was so friendly

Overall trip was good. Staff was friendly. My family enjoyed the continental breakfast. Room was so much smaller than I imagined, a bit tight actually! However, the room was clean and neat.

The employees were absolutely GREAT..!! The room was perfect for our famuly of 5. I loevthe fact the front desk check up on us to make sure we were happy with our room and see if we needed anything through out our stay.

Easy check in and out, friendly staff, clean rooms.

This hotel looks good from the outside, but is worn out inside. It doesn't appear to have been renovated for many, many years. The walls are thin and our room was loud. The AC doesn't work without the fan being on all the time. For the money, there must be something better nearby.

Our room was damp and smelled terrible--sort of like the carpet had gotten wet at some point and then had gotten moldy. After two days we were moved to another room, and it was not much better. My wife and I don't plan on ever staying here again.

First room issuesd 222. Had a horrible smell, Went down to exchange rooms was giveven 308, This room smell better hiwever went to yse the restroom and saw that a dirty towel was left hanging in there. Im so over this hotel. All the staff lady could say was im sorry.

Toilet ran all night. Carpets throughout hotel were old and dirty. Breakfast was sub par. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel just needs updating
