I found a used washcloth throw up in the shower curtain. The bathtub/shower was slippery as if cleanser had not been removed. However, it was still slick the next day. As a handicapped person, this was concerning because it is a slip hazard. There was nothing in the tub to reduce a slip/fall incident. The front desk staff was great, however. If you are not going to have housekeeping, there should be some way to replenish room coffee instead of havin to ask for it every day.

I didnt like that i could not open my window wider than 2 inches, there was no screen on window, security lock on the door 204 was broken/lose. No microwave in room

Comfortable and easy access everywhere

Too far from airport or cruise port. (Ride share expensive) Staff was super nice and helpful. However the room was not the cleanest. The tub had not been cleaned in awhile. Only the night table lamps worked. Breakfast was definitely not edible. Hard boiled eggs and stale muffins or toast or oatmeal and dry cereal. (There was a make your own waffle). Hot water for tea tasted like coffee grounds. Property offered no transportation. Probably would not stay here.

I didn’t like that no house keeper came into our room to pick trash and give new towels the 4 nights we stayed. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. Also, the AC was too loud.

hotel was clean but the front desk is understaffed. There were people fighting outside on the street one night that woke me up. The hotel and staff were great but the area around the hotel is a little sketchy!

The staff was pleasant and the hotel itself is upgraded and nice. However the pillow cases had stains and smelled gross. There were a group of motorcycles outside that revved up all hours of the night, 3 nights in a row and people hung out near the entry doors, loitering and smoking. The surrounding area was shady at best. And a week later, I am still waiting on the refund of my deposit. Would not stay again.

The location is spotless and the staff are wonderful. The access to the Highway and downtown Tacoma are convenient. The area around the property is industrial and they have great security overnight.

It’s a cheap place to go when you need a rest. The front desk clerk didn’t seem interested in helping until I leaned over the counter (That still have COVID signs?) and asked to check in. The room was ok, a little small and out dated.

The stay was great besides the toilet making loud sounds all night.The breakfast was not the best, more hot options would be nice. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The lady at the front desk was rude and wasn’t very welcoming, the room itself had a lot of damages and a weird smell, plenty of unsafe people, the water temperature was extremely hot and unsafe for us to wash our faces and hands.

The Inn itself was good, but it is in a very sketchy area. We did not feel overly safe when we went out of the inn.

I enjoyed my stay at a nice clean hotel. The staff when checking in was very nice and understanding to a situation I had and waived my deposit.

Good staff. Horrible location. Building is pretty run down.
