We were only at the hotel for one night so we didn't have the chance to enjoy many amenities. The bar area was really nice but the staff seemed short handed and we only stayed for a brief amount of time.

Came in at 3 check in was in at 4 which is pretty late in the day but they let me check in early for free so that was nice. Bed was nice, AC was good, the bath/shower was ancient and very short. Overall it got the job done, if you need to go to Bank arena the walk was so close it felt like cheating .

this property is a 1 star at best. there were holes in the shower tile. the bed was dirty. The pillow cases had black specs on it, the bed sheets had stains on them. there was a stain when i walked in. the lobby is dark and dirty and old.

The hotel wasn’t clean. There was a mouse in the lobby which was running through the lobby restaurant. Bar staff didn’t bat an eye about it. We were told it’s kind of expected for the area so I’m not sure about that. Dirty sheets on my bed. Room phone didn’t work, several people had key card entries that stopped working. I will say though that the highlight was the staff. They were willing to quickly assist. Very pleasant to deal with. Staff was concerned about my experience and tried to help. This is a historic hotel and so it didn’t have updated rooms or amenities. No overhead lights in the room. Rooms were large and there was so much space to spread out which was very nice. It’s also a haunted hotel so there were people there doing ghost tours or something.

Nice place. Centrally located and the roof top bar was nice. Would definitely stay here again

What they can improve on is the morning staff at the front desk... they don't speak or make eye contact with you. I asked a question and was ignored. The staff on Tuesday night were amazing!

Quiet and safe

The property is not what i expected. Out dated and the service for supplies was slowly answered. Valet staff was helpful. The entrance and parking for check in was poor.

Great location for any functikns at CFG Arena. Literally a 2 min walk. Hotel was very nice, lots to offer. Only downside was I had messaged the hotel about early ckin nd was told yes, but denied when I got there. Was told it was automated and they couldnt accommodate. Other than that would def stay again.

Love that it was walking distance to the convention centet to take my kids to the circus

Overall great stay. A bit bumpy at the end due to our luggage being given to the wrong person but the hotel did work hard to correct it and have bag picked up and dropped off to our address which was very good. Would still recommend despite luggage hiccup.

Easy check-in and check-out process.

This hotel is dated. The elevators had spills and trash. The carpets are stained. Our hotel room was disgraceful; a curtain to hide the closet, stains on walls and doors and a leaky shower. The lobby and rooms look nothing like the website. We had a one night stay and was charged twice for valet services. Overall, very disappointing

This place is so unique and interesting! We stayed for a basketball tournament; it was a quick six minute walk to the convention center. You never have to leave the hotel, in that, the restaurants and bakery have everything. The place was clean and that’s all I care about, honestly. I have to say I read comments about it being outdated, but that’s part of its charm. It is an old hotel. The valet people were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help us several times! At first I was annoyed by the cost of the valet, but it would up being worth every penny. We rarely had to leave bc we were on the center of everything! I would definitely stay again!

Air conditioning wasn’t great in the room and especially in the elevator. You have two people in a room and only give towels for one person. You couldn’t smoke on the rooftop which is outside and my brothers and I had to go down the street.

I only stayed with family overnight, but my room was clean, if a little bit dated. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Staff were helpful, check-in/ self check-out was easy. Valet parking and the valet staff were great and friendly. The only issue I had was with checking out and having to walk down 9 flights of steps because the elevators were crowded with so many guests. That is a very small issue, and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was super crowded due to a concert and had a couple elevators out of service leading to long lines and wait times. The room itself was not very nice. Small, hot, and the carpet was in bad shape.

Great hotel. I booked last minute. Corner unit 706. Perfect. Bathrooms are a lil classic. Valet your car But ask for the 30 minutes early
