Excellent staff & nice hotel could do with fan in room or aircon

Very nice hotel - top-class service and rooms, and located right in the city center.

It would be great if the option to book a parking spot was available when booking the stay. In other hotels I have stayed at, you had spots available for booking and you ”own” it from (e.g.) 11 to 11 (24 h). Also, our window was entirely blocked by a bush-like tree. Would have been nicer to be able to see out.

Bra hotell. Man får vad man betalar för. Trevlig personal och reception öppen dygnet runt. Saknar vattenkokare på rummet. Prisvärt och centralt vid gamla stan.

A great hotel to stay if you want to be in the centre of Hannover city. Walking to nearby attractions is not too hard as even the Machsee is about 20-30 minutes away

Excellent sleeping facility and relaxing. Location perfect. Only problem was that the WC light did not work properly.

I have stayed here many times because it’s convenient but loyalty means nothing (I was once charged for accidentally checking out late). This time my room was not tidied/cleaned on two consecutive mornings. Then I was locked out my room. The shower was terrible. There was a constant noise so I had to change rooms. They lost my t-shirt and would do nothing about it apart from making a broken promise to contact me after they check with housekeeping. They never did, to no surprise. So I’ve lost an item of clothing and they couldn’t care less. Sometimes I have a drama-free stay, for which I’m grateful. But not this time!

Not bad just to sleep

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Our itinerary changed suddenly and our stay was extended in seem less fashion. Staff even gave excellent suggestions for sights to see in nearby towns

Leider nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Haare auf dem Boden im Bad Bettdecke hat sehr viele Federn verloren Bett ist durchgelegen

The hotel is very central indeed and delivers to what you expect. The only issue is that there is no air-condition in the room and if you open the window and face the street it's too noisy.

Dåligt städat badrum vid ankomst, smutsigt golv. Väggar och tak behöver rengöras ordentligt. Ingen fläkt på rummet och 28 grader C. Bra läge nära centrum.

It was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and We would deffinatelly chose to stay there again for a shorter stay in Celle. The staf is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in the middle of town / Altstadt.

Fine hotel close to the old city center. Easy to park in the parking house next to hotel. Friendly staff. Good running and walking routes close to the river. Noise from the street so difficult with open windows.

Amazing stay, the stadig was SO friendly and helped us with so many things.
