We were looking to change from Marriott to see what’s Hilton about, but didn’t meet our expectations. Service is average, Lunch food and the market are good, Nicole the Hostess/Attendant is the most valuable person we encountered. Other than that Staff is nice to average. Cleanliness is average as well, there is no attention to detail.

We had a great stay! We never booked an ocean front before until this visit and initially we were on 3rd floor and our ocean front view was blocked by palm trees at the pool and the front desk was nice enough to move us to the 7th floor with a better view. Great Hospitality. The breakfast buffet was included and what a great selection.

The views from the room were great, clean and friendly service. Options for breakfast and dinner made of this a unique experience

The room was comfortable, but the TV felt outdated compared to other hotels that offer modern entertainment systems with phone connectivity and streaming options like Netflix. The overall experience had a bit of a throwback feel, reminiscent of the early 2000s. The pool chairs weren’t the most comfortable, and the beach towels were disappointingly thin—definitely not up to the standard expected from the Hilton brand. The 4 pm check in was a bit late. We got admitted earlier but it was at 3:15pm. That said, the room itself was fantastic, the location unbeatable, and the staff truly exceptional.

Overall great service. Bartenders were fantastic, servers fantastic, food delicious. Front desk amazing! Would stay here again.

Amazing views service and stay

We liked the fact that it is on the ocean. Very well kept property. Eddie from Chicago (one of the bellmen) was great with getting our bags, directing us to our room in addition to the perfect local eateries. My family and I would definitely come back to this Hotel.
