Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend.

Best resort on the island. Very clean resort with amazing staff. Has a lot of family activities and amenities. Pools are great, private beach is super family friendly and beautiful. 10/10 recommend

Everything about this hotel was great. The area and staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived hours before check in and was able to be helped and given an upgraded room with a better ocean view.

Everything was wonderful Julio our housekeeper was fantastic, our room was spotless and cleaned every day by the time we returned to our room The woman who checked us in was super friendly and went over and beyond to help usI don’t remember her name but it began with a Y The loungers at the pool has trash around them and under the cushions

I am not one to leave a review but this place was nothing short of amazing. I went for my birthday and they treated me so well. Maria was kind and so was Kiara. I am thankful for them accommodating me. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved having Starbucks downstairs. Overall the pool was spa was superb. I would stay here again if I had to.

My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!! Such a dreamy view from our oceanfront room in the wave building. Would definitely recommend!

I love the spa. I only thing I didn’t like is that our room was by the elevator and we heard the movement all night long

Staff weren’t as friendly every time I asked a question they answered under their breath. Pools were mid, some days dirty seems like mold was on the sides of the walls. The rooms AC made a noise every few minutes so ever time you were about to fall asleep it would wake you up and if you turned it off then it would get super hot. Overall we paid so much in food and drinks and not to mention they still charged me 50$ a day for the room and she told me it wasn’t refundable it was a charge they do everyday for being there.

The staff was great. The property does not offer free parking. Also there is a resort fee just for staying at the hotel. I was charged $150 for staying 4 nights not including the parking which wasn't bad at $25 a day. The rooms could use a little update but the pool and beach were great. Overall I would just say you should be getting more for your money with the amount you have to spend to stay here.

Overall it was a good experience. My only feedback was the long check in time. We stood in line for over 30 mins. Feels like it takes too much time to check in a single room.

All the staff, be it valet, bel service, cleaning staff, ground staff, the restaurants, every single person was amazing! Very relaxing experience. Beach was super clean and well maintained. The pools were great as well. Kids enjoyed playing pool basketball. Great part was that they pool noodles, pool basketball, pool toys for toddlers, bug spray, at the property. Just go there and relax. Shoutout to our amazing server at Nector restaurant. Xavier made morning breakfasts easy with my 2year and 7year old!!
