Amazing location and hotel is clean with amazing vibe

Everything was excellent in this hotel: breakfast, bar, spa, swimming pool. Location is great too. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is visually beautiful - design wise and the room was very clean. Housekeeping on the first night/day let me down by not cleaning the room properly. Cups weren’t cleaned, they didn’t refill drinks sachets, didn’t tidy bathroom properly. The following days tidy was up to standard, but not the Saturday. Also, no sweet treat- like a little biscuit - for 5 star I really expected something nice…. Checking in was a bit confusing as there was a queue of 5/6 people and 5 staff- but only 1 member of staff checking us in. So that 15 min wait was not great. Breakfast was really good on day one but scrambled eggs were cold on day 2. I’d still recommend it, good location and very comfy bed.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location and we were able to walk to almost all of the major sites we wanted to see. Beautiful views of the cathedral and the river from our room. Lovely atrium bar. We would definitely stay here again if in Berlin.

J’y ai passé 3 nuits, l’hôtel est formidable et sa localisation parfaite. Mais l’entretien des chambres laisse à désirer. En arrivant tout est parfait, mais durant le séjour les verres et bouteilles vides ne sont pas ramsassés, le Vanity kit n’est pas remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau je me serais attendu à mieux du personnel de chambre. Piscine super, sauna A1

I had the most wonderful stay. I'm a solo traveller and nothing was too much trouble. Raphael from reception was incredible! So thoughtful, accommodating kind, and very professional! He made me feel like i was the only person in the whole hotel! He is a true asset to The Radission!

Room was clean, recommend 2 keys so one can be used for the power at the entrance. Staff were very friendly. Spa does not open until 2pm, it would have been nice to use it in the morning.

A very good hotel. Staff occasionally difficult to get hold of via room telephone and requests required follow-up or some simple requests like asking for an apple apparently impossible, although we later found a free fruit bowl in the spa so that was fine. Check-in was great very helpful. Welcome email clearly AI generated (laughably over the top!) . Laundry fees extortionate so we went with a local launderette up the road (wash and dried for about £10 in just over an hour). Hotel fees are per item not per load and would have cost over £100 with hotel!!!!

I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and has lots of transportation options. I would definitely book here again.

I miss the fish

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were ever so friendly and the breakfast offered a wide range of food which was absolutely delicious.

Don’t get the atrium room. Your room will be pitch black.

Great location. Staff was great and very knowledgeable of the area. The food inside th e restaurant and outside restaurant was good. It great to see taxis available for your service if needed.
