Great hotel and service

Air conditioning was not working, I called front desk they couldn’t do anything since they stated there was no technician available, I was told to eat next day and still same, it was a very hot days and I’m really upset the the amount we paid and had very bad experience. As soon as we walked in to the room the soap was empty couldn’t take shower and we were 3 of us and there was only two towels. Really really bad experience.

Well situated newly rebuilt/refurbished to a very high standard. Rooms a little compact but fair value for money. I would return.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I loved everything about it. The spa area is awesome, the breakfast, the location, everything was great!

Check in was very slow as not many desks. The room was lovely, the bar was very nice and had a big screen and seating area to watch World Cup games. The room had air con which was lifesaver in the heat. The location was amazing, right by the DDR museum, museum island, close to train/underground stations, shops, cafes and bars. Small warning- the still water at the bar restaurant is 9€!!

This is a lovely comfortable hotel very close to the river, cathedral and museum island. The breakfast buffet and helpfulness of staff were stand-outs.

Centrally located within walking distance to most of city center attractions, restaurants and shopping. Perfect place to view and enjoy Berlin.

Property excellent situated. Staff extremely poor in customer service. Their own failure in room check in and installation needed almost two days and lots of effort from our part to be solved. It’s really pity.

Loved my stay, hotel was modern and clean. It was in a perfect location. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Berlin.

We stayed here because it was close to a lot of things we wanted to see-Berliner Dom, East Side Gallery, Alexanderplatz- and it was a great choice. The hotel was gorgeous inside with a giant plant covered tower in the middle and plants everywhere. I took a chance and got the breakfast and again, great choice because we ate so much we weren’t hungry until almost dinnertime. They had everything we needed, the staff spoke excellent English and helped us out with a few issues we had. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.
