Great hotel with friendly staff good foof god drinks comfortable beds and a convenient location near all the actio that city cork has to offer.

Pros: Fantastic service, beautiful location, very comfy beds and pillows and excellent breakfast. Cons: For the price (266-320 euro per night) I would expect slightly more attention to detail. There were no robes in our rooms, there was a few pieces of trash left on the floor, the hair dryer was glitchy and probably should be replaced and there was no conditioner in our bathroom dispensers and no one noticed for 3 nights.

Really classy interior design. Welcoming bar area with modern fireplace and gorgeous scent. The evening meals in the bar were excellent . Great food and helpful staff Spacious warm room modern ensuite

Excellent hotel, great location. Staff at reception where extremely helpful and courteous. Only issue, as with many places, red wine served at room temperature.

Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms and common areas are very clean, and the atmosphere is great. I loved the lounge area; it was the perfect spot for our group to gather and much better than just sitting in our rooms. Even though breakfast wasn't included, the food was excellent, and the continental buffet was always stocked. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in the area!

Staff were lovely and welcoming couldn't of been nicer. Room was cleaned to a high standard and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! Would highly recommend and hope to be back at some stage. Breakfast was so tasty! My only gripe is paying €15 extra for parking although this is very clear when booking. You won't regret staying here. Thank you to all the staff!

The rooms above the gym are constantly barraged by the sounds of people in the gym dropping their weights. It sounds like bowling balls hitting the ground! Don't stay in these rooms. Meanwhile the 4th and 5th floors are being renovated so don't stay there either. This review is from March 2026.

Wow, reserve a room here-it's the best hotel I've stayed in during my trip in Ireland. Really nice rooms, wonderful restaurant, really close to the Town center super easily walkable. Great views of the city from the elevator lobbies. I think they even have a swimming pool but I didn't use it.

Really good hotel. Perfect location. Nice, helpful and very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with excellent beds. Lot's of space in rooms. Parking is EUR 15.- per day, right next/under the hotel. This time I just missed my room upgrade; apparently the hotel was full but it definitely wasn't. Still, the room I got was very nice.

Everything was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the health club with the pool and the sauna, etc.

The room was OK, had instructions for coffe machine but not coffee machine. Basic room, 3 of us and only 2 towels. The floor above us had maintaince ongoing and started at 7am each day and was very loud! We were not told about this. The Staff were all very nice but the service was very slow in the Bar and restaurants. Stunning lobby and bar but the rooms did not match.

Really everything 10/10, wonderful stay.
