This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room reeked of mildew, the carpets were old, dirty and smelly, and there was mold all over the bathroom. No one bothered to thoroughly clean the bathroom before I checked in, because there was someone else's hair all over the bathroom. There was no hot water for the bathroom sink, the curtains were dirty, old and had stains all over them and overall the room looked like it needed to be remodeled. I don’t know how this Quality Inn is open, because there’s nothing of quality about this nasty, raggedy hotel and the city needs to shut it down. I was definitely overcharged for my two nights, because there’s no way a room that is in that despicable condition should cost $100 per night. The staff is most definitely scamming people. The entire hotel looks like it’s about to fall apart and it looks like it was built in the 1950s. They haven’t upgraded or remodeled anything in the hotel since it was first built and that should be enough grounds for this place to be shut down. I guess I should be grateful that the shower had hot running water, there were no roaches or bedbugs, but the fact I was charged $100 for that crappy room, is ridiculous and I’m not too grateful at this point. I’m still debating about disputing the charges. The only good thing about this nasty place, was the convenience to the NRG stadium; nothing more and that’s pretty pathetic. I hope this place gets torn down soon. Do not book this hotel!
