Where to start. 1st room was strange as bed was made but old tissues on it, the towels were wet and hung over cupboard door, an old pair of mens pants were on the bathroom floor and the toilet very used and unflushed! 2nd room, walked in and someone had already checked in to this room with bags on the bed, but they were out (not very secure) 3rd room air conditioning broken (hottest days of the year) but put up with 2 fans as was so tired from travelling. Not a great stay.......

Room was dated, cold initially, heating controls broken, no electrical sockets near bed, bathroom door wouldn’t close, shower controls broken, peeling paint and wood on bathroom door. Broken glass in car park and police car patrols outside frequently suggesting crime hotspot. Appears to have fake 10/10 reviews with little description.

Lovely 3 night stay. Staff all very polite and helpful. Room was clean bathroom is rather small but was ok for a short break. Breakfast was great so many choices and not always the same every morning. Thank you :)

Lovely hotel. Great staff and service. Good food but accommodation was a let down. Bed in our room was only a small double so had a poor nights sleep.

Sadly now Holiday Inn needs to Dona proper refurb The room was ok, but is tired Needs bringing up to date Staff very helpful though

Breakfast and dinner were perfect, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The only issue is the swimming pool, which has reserved times for other people (such as classes), and we are not allowed to use it during those periods. This was not made clear at the time of booking.

Room was fine, but there was no hot water so i had to shower cold and my daughter didnt get to wash the chlorine out of her hair

The staff were brilliant and supportve. I was taken ill and they showed great support, professional approve and kindness. Especially Nikki. Didn't get her last name. Room was clean and the food very good 👍

Really friendly friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice selection of food for breakfast, unfortunately the food temperature was not piping hot, could do with better warmers for breakfast food selection. Dinner was very nice, would recommended Haddock and chips. The room we stayed in (131) had a smell of drains which was very unpleasant on arrival to the room.

We had our breakfast in bed, it was a great choice.

The hotel needs a good revamp.The room was a dump. The bathroom was horrible. The shower had no power it dribbled out. The hallways were dated the carpets were dirty. Reception was a joke there was never anyone there. Stood for ages before anyone appeared. Wouldn't stay there again.

I requested a downstairs room due to having a poorly ankle and they put me in a room that was the furthest from the reception as possible. The bed was so hard that I barely got any sleep. Given they are one of the most expensive hotels in the area I would definitely not recommend this hotel
