I liked the hotel and it was in walking distance of Unity Aerna which is why I was staying (for a concert). However, in the room the inside of the kettle was very dirty, I poured hot water into the cup and the burnt limescale came out of the kettle. Also the safe was broken and started beeping at night, luckily it eventually went off. Otherwise I didn’t have any other issues but for a Radisson, the thought the cleaning start would have notified the kettle and broken safe.

Service was mixed, some staff seemed unhappy with having to serve.

Staff on reception were fantastic namely Damien and Joal (apologies if I’ve spelt wrong) very helpful and both went over and above to assist. Derive in the bar and restaurant was below average

We stayed here for one night and chose the hotel because of its proximity to parkrun and also as we needed to head north on Saturday and wanted to avoid the centre of Oslo. Our room was fine but a few things let the hotel down. The service in the bar/restaurant was poor and the waiter was unwelcoming. There were a few big coach groups in so the non-group people were left waiting for ages and tables weren’t cleared in the bar - one couple were told they couldn’t use the table by the window rather than clean it! The charges for parking seem excessive but we were told that this was ‘normal’ for Oslo. Our room was available early but there was also a charge for this. We only wanted to drop our bags in the room before going into the city on public transport so we declined to pay extra - we left them in the car as we were already paying for parking!

Breakfast was great, shower was tiny, room was small, parking was a joke.

The room had nothing in it. No proper coffee machine or mini bar. The car park was packed and the tarmac had massive holes in it. I stayed in the same hotel chain in Oslo airport and this had way more than this hotel.

The quality-to-price ratio is not good.

Hotel was a quick walk the the Fjord which have beautiful views. Also very convenient to be close to a bus route that takes you right into the main city centre

Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortabel. Wifi worked smoothly and easily accessible through public transport buses almost every 5 minutes.

Air conditioning not working well. warm

This hotel was really disappointing. We booked one room expressly with two twins beds room and aircondition. We wrote this our wish moreover during the booking in special reguirement box in websites as well. When we arrived, in the room was one king bed (not separated twin beds as we want). I went back to reception and the receptionist switched us the room and give me a new room card. Finally here was the twins beds, but it was the issue with aricondition. I call about it to reception and the guy from reception came to our room with air fan!!! because next, second one change of the room is not imposible, and he sad me that can't solve my! problem by the "with a snap of the fingers" and promissed solve the problem til tomorrow. He considered the problem solved. But it not happend til the end of our staying. we think that neither at level of room cleaning was not, as we know at Radisons hotels. We think that it is happen because of the information about the switching the rooms our new - switched - room wasn't changed in hotels IT system in first two days of our staying. Overall, the impression of the accommodation was rather negative, even though the breakfast, for example, was of a good standard. We are sorry.

I wanted to bring to your attention a few issues we encountered during our stay: • The TV remote control was not working. • There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided. • There were not enough glasses or cutlery for three people, although the booking was made for three guests. I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Loved the quiet area away from the busy town. A little disappointed by the lack of restaurants in the area.

Ok!. A little inconvenient for travel and food options late at night but 20 mins walk from train if you know where you are going. Limited room service. Good breakfast.

This Hotel is in a Nordic country and doesn’t have a function sauna, which is surprising. They have a sauna but it’s not functioning. They have a ping pong table and no ping pong balls. It’s weird in so many ways like why won’t they give importance to these facilities. The room in the picture was different to the one which was given but the staff were friendly and the overall stay was good. Just disappointed with the facilities on offer
