The first couple days of our stay were good, when we finally, after a week, wanted our room cleaned it took them 5 days to get it done, nearly at the end of our vacation. After I had verified with them every day that it needed to be done. The last time I went to the front desk, frustrated but not being rude or yelling, the staff member didn't even apologize, was rude to me and promised she could not guarantee any service would be done. That she would add us to the list, something that had been done repeatedly and still our room wasn't cleaned. We had to take out our own garbage, go get towels twice, go get toilet paper because we ran out. We ended up doing more to clean our own room than they did. They became vindictive and specifically cleaned the other room we had reserved but not ours. When they finally cleaned our room they did a poor job, not providing any clean towels, and more. I sent an email to the assistant manager, who on the 3rd day promised the room would be cleaned, and the best I got was an email saying I'm sorry but because you booked through Expedia we can't give you any money back and we'll try to do better. We also had trouble with our room keys working. We arrived on May 10 and by the 14th, our room keys stopped working. We had to go back twice a day for three days to get them fixed because they kept putting in wrong checkout day - May 14, check out was May 21. Even after we confirmed it, leaving my elderly parents standing outside at midnight waiting.

Hotels need to understand that if you have a hypoallergenic dogs its because you get sick around other dogs and cats due to Hair. You put us in a room full of pss stains and hair, I was so sick the next day.

I loved this place. Super clean. Keep in mind the lobby and rooms are in separate buildings if that is a concern for you. You just park and enter through the back. Super easy. Also like 10 minutes from garden of the gods. Definitely recommend here. Super safe area as well.

Robert, at the front desk, was VERY helpful getting me a room that would not be next to exit door and still be close to my sons room. I have had wonderful service from front desk staff in my many stays at this hotel and that is why i continue to stay there. Plus they are great at keeping breakfast foods stocked up and fresh. Will come by in future! The fitness room equipment has ALOT of improvement needed…mainly the universal machine is old and missing pins so you’re limited on what you can do on it.

good clean room in a good location with friendly staff.sausage and waffles on the breakfast menu,,,,,good rates for all it is,,,but I still have not gotten my final receipt for my records,,was told it would be emailed to me and that was4/5 days ago.

The room was comfortable but the light didn’t work. The breakfast area and food was great.

We ants in our room and the bathtub drained in about an hour after a shower.

Reggie, Justina nd all the staff were pleasant to work with. I would definitely stay again in the near future.

There was what looked like dried blood in our room. Room is showing age. Check-in was slow and not very personable.

Couch was staned in several places.Lounge chair had Cigarette burn. Toilet seat was about to fall off.

Very nice place, I stared 3 times in 2.5 weeks, it’s my go to if I’m in Colorado Springs overnight. The only complaint is the air return vents are always really dirty.
