The location is very close to the train station, breakfast and service is good, the hotel staff is friendly. Very satisfactory.

The hotel is situated at a perfect location, which is conveniently accessible to the trains and subway and restaurants are very easily found around the hotel vicinity. The receptionists and staffs are well manners and with good command of English Language. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are good. We will not hesitate to return to this hotel if we were to visit to Osaka again.

Hotel rooms are quite large and clean, complete toiletries, close to eating places and malls, recommended.

Good service, but the Japanese room is small. I do not need to prepare anything. Comfortable bed And near the airport bus to Kansai Airport. It is convenient.

We go from Tokyo to Osaka and arriving at hotel at very late night, its just they don't put the concierge there, again maybe because its very late night but the reservation took very fast. The hotel is big and very good location that the position is above the Tennoji Station. The room for me is spacious enough especially I bring 2 kids with us, the bed is nice they put the warmer inside when we travel is winter time. The bathroom is also nice and clean. All Equipment is also working. Overall for me this hotel is having standard quality as the hotel it should be. Really recommended for staying and of course also its reasonable price

Very nice, we will come back here again when we’re in Osaka. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They speak English fluently. Very convenient, connect directly to subway station.

The hotel is comfortable though not a new building. The rooms are large for the size of a hotel room in Japan. Near Kintetsu Line station and just one station away from the famous Namba walk.

The place is convenient, above the train station, there are plenty of shopping and dining places so this is the right hotel to stay in Osaka

Excellent services, most of workers are english spoken so make your stay more comfortable. Surrounded by grocery, mall, izakayas. Train station to cities nearby is just underground of the hotel.

Friendly staff, big room, located above the train stations and beside Kintetsu Dept. Store.
