The room itself was excellent, they were in the process of updating every room on the entire 2nd floor. Downside to that was that they were working from 7am to whenever on weekdns also while some of our family was trying to rest. No pool, no excersize room due to construction either. That sucked. Also, they asked us to check out early even though my reservation stated a later check out time on it. Breakfast was good. Its right off the highway, good. But dont go driving around the neighborhood if you dont have to.....kinda sketchy. Will be awesome when all of the construction is complete.

The staff was friendly. I was not aware that The hotel was being remodeled. The construction staff took up most of the close parking. Had to work with construction as they brought supplies to the floors not yet remodeled. My room was clean & plenty of room but u could see where they could not get close enough to the walls and fixtures in cleaning carpet. I worked with 3 different people to connect to internet & NEVER got connected even though I have a marriot member number.

We had a terrible experience. The elevators didn't work. My friend who was staying with us fell down stairs and hurt herself. There were no hand rails. Night manager was not helpful. All around horrible experience.

We attended a conference at the Indiana Convention Center and booked a four-day stay at the hotel. We were disappointed to find out that the hotel was undergoing remodeling, which we were not informed about beforehand. Each day, workers attempted to enter our room to install window screens, add countertops, and complete various jobs. Although the studio was quite clean, it had an unpleasant smell of fresh paint and glue. Additionally, the hotel is in a location that is not convenient and is far from everything. Also, the swimming pool and hot tub were unavailable during our stay.

stayed in newly remodeled 2 bedroom suite. Very nice with two private bathrooms, kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Sitting area was nice too.

First off the pool was being removed and there was no discount for that. My kids were not able to connect to the wifi and staff didnt know why or how to fix it. Maintenance came in and fixed a leak in one of the bathrooms causing us to have to leave the room because I have a child that loud noises bother as well as power tools. There was no offer of a different room or a discounted rate for the disturbance. There was not enough parking for guests to where we had to park in handicapped parking one night. We asked for trash bags for the bathroom and was told there weren't any. We needed more towels and wash cloths and was told there weren't that many to give. We had to leave every day just so my kids could have a decent time. We had to eat out daily because the pots and pans are old and rusted. There were baby spoons to use. The bathroom where the leak was supposedly fixed was stopped up when we returned and at first we were told there was no plunger then one was brought to us. The website did not provide info of pool closing when making reservations but they still charge as if it is open and available.

We were in town for my daughters cheer competition and we got to the hotel to check in and the women behind the desk said they tried to contact me (which they did not) but that they had given my suite to somebody else. Then we had to walk across the parking lot to the next hotel to use their pool because our hotels pool was under construction which was not brought to our attention prior.

The pool was closed for renovations which we weren’t told about upon booking or prior to arrival. Their solution was that we could walk to the hotel next door in 20 degree weather in the snow to use the neighboring hotel pool. No partial refund was offered.

Hot tub was NOT available as advertised. Booked room SPECIFICALLY to have access to hot tub!!! Misled by check-in staff who stated we could use hot tub at another hotel across the parking lot. Got ready and went over, in COLD weather, only to find out that there was NO hot tub…pool only!! Spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia, talking to customer service then a supervisor, and still not happy with the “resolution” as, while talking to Expedia staff, I found another room…on Expedia…with a HOT TUB AVAILABLE, but was not permitted to transfer without losing ALL of my mooney!!! Will NOT use or recommend Expedia again!! To top it off, I then learned that check-out was an hour earlier than posted on the website at time of booking.

Check-in lady sitting in the corner playing on her phone. Bedding for pull-out was not in the room. Only 2 towels for four people. Dingy room. Chairs at table were peeling leather/plastic. Door into the bedroom was broken. Not my idea of a Residence Inn, worst one I ever stayed at. And, pool and hot tub shut down. Shut the place down or turn it into a Hotel 6.
