Clean room

Very clean and well maintained rooms, great staff, and a very good breakfast. Extremely close to the rail station. The local area is worth exploring by foot and there are several historical locations to visit.

First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. Single rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom very good. Limited options for dinner in the hotel but quality very good. Staff helpful and overall impression improved a lot after a 4 night stay.

Everything is perfect.

Convenient location

We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time

Short walk to Reggia di Caserta Elevator too Parking can be a challenge

Amazing breakfast included - anything you might want. Had a good reasonably priced supper here one night. Well-run hotel with charming staff who looked after us (and others in our wedding party) very well. Short walk from railway station and shops so very convenient.Would definitely stay here again.

Localisation is the main card for the hôtel. Wifi: getting on and off. The carpets in the corridors needs to be replaced. Breakfast: good
