The hotel itself is very stylish. The bar was nice and the service in the bar was exceptional. Top tip - the hot chocolate! However... we paid for an upgrade to a nicer room, got a great room on the 8th floor with river views. But... then EVERY morning from about 6am we had the thumping of the treadmill from the fitness suite on the floor above coming into the room. And I don't just mean a small noise. I'm talking water torture level sound. I'm talking about the kind of sound that resets your own heartbeat! When we told the team at reception they gave us the kind of meek apology that comes from a team who know exactly how bad it is but gave us the room anyway. I'm most annoyed we paid for the upgrade to get it, so definitely reject the upgrade when its offered to you! Our friends were in the 7th floor and it woke them up too. Whatever you do, dont take a room on the 7th or 8th floor.

Lovely hotel right on the river Spree. The restaurant was great, food was really good. I would have liked to have had more in room amenities like a mini fridge. We were never restocked on espresso pods, but over all a lovely stay and a lovely hotel.

The location is excellent and overall everything has been very good. However, I would have appreciated having a fridge in the room

Lovely hotel, lots of facilities and the room was clean and comfortable - the staff were super friendly and helped with several queries. We stayed for the Berlin marathon and it was perfect location - close to the start, easy for the expo and the 5k mark is just at the bottom of the road. Highly recommend

I stayed in the waterside villas. The room was very spacious. View of water was excellent. Complimentary continental breakfast; all day coffee and water. Plus complimentary beer, soda and water in the room. Restaurants conveniently nearby.

It was our first time to Berlin. We liked this property's proximity to the Tiergarten, but had not realized prior to booking that it was not particularly close to more sightseeing areas. There were not a lot of restaurant options nearby. Hotel itself was lovely, right on the water. Housekeeping was not great about refilling coffee service daily, and air conditioning was a bit weak - but altogether, was a good stay.

My family of four stayed for three nights in a loft style room with a unique spiral staircase. We found the room to be clean, beds comfortable but the wifi strength was very poor. Our room had a damp odour to it due to an underperforming HVAC system or carpet needing to be cleaned/changed.You could experience a day/night contrast in air quality between the hallway & our room. The lighting in our room could use improvement with pot lights or equivalent. My wife & I enjoyed sitting upstairs in the lobby where there’s complimentary water, plenty of natural lighting.

Please be careful when booking this hotel. After booking what initially appeared to be a reasonably priced hotel I was stung by hidden fees and was charged twice for a 12.5% city tax. Despite numerous phone calls and emails the hotel are refusing to refund any of the fees. I paid over €86 in additional taxes not shown at the time of booking. There is no transparency at booking and this is deceiving customers. Don’t stay here unless you want to pay more than you bargained for!

It was a wonderful 2 night stay. I came to visit from London to see my uncle. The receptionist was wonderful (he worked around 10pm and was an older man) the service was fantastic. Great shower, comfy bed and spacious rooms

Very clean and quiet, close to public transport that takes you everywhere. Room was great, spacious, just the bathroom was a little small and very basic including the towels.
