I Love this place clan and friendly

Desde la recepción todo muy bien y excelente trato.

Room was excellent. My advice is to dine at the lobby restaurant called Emma. The salad the maitra D recommended was amazing. I also got French Onion soup. It was the best I have ever had. The lobby bar was too much fun also. Great stay while getting my dentistry done!

the staff was awesome, and the room was very clean and tightly. I will definitely stay again.

The room doors offer very poor privacy. You could hear people coughing, and maxing noises at night .

The room was clean and they were very helpful when we requested a room change. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Room was clean. Bed was broken at the baee feet area. When you dat it sank. I didn't say anything to staff. Great centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of staff speak english. I would highly recommend!

The walls are too thin! I was on the 30th floor & could hear the traffic & the music from the nightclub. Also by the elevator which I heard going off all night long with foot traffic. We always get a king bed room & they are always located near the elevators for some odd reason. We dined at the cafe. Half my food was warm & half was cold. ??!! Makes me wonder if the plated it at different times & do t have a warmer. I didn’t complain bc I was hungry but it sucked. Other than that…this is a hotel we stay at every single time we visit TJ because of the security 100%! That’s #1 for us.
