Always enjoy seeing the staff. We have stayed here many times and everyone is very friendly. The hotel is always clean and they maintain the pool area very well. Food is very accommodating and they change the menu periodically. There are a lot of restaurants close by and an OXXO across the street. My favorite place to stay at in Tijuana.

Great location. Tower bar is a must to check out.

House keeping needs to pay more attention in replacing the towels that are used. Everyday I had to remind them to replenish the face and hand towels.
