Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

It’s the only hotel that you can drink the water from the tap in your room. It has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi. They keep the Jacuzzi nice and hot. Also they will bring your drinks to your Jacuzzi or pool experience.

As a vip we use to get to go on the 32 floor for snacks and drinks but now we don’t unless we want to pay around 50 dollars more, but it’s still a nice place to stay

Breakfast was great as well as the service dinner we ate at Emma’s French restaurant and it’s always amazing along with the service

Clean rooms staff was friendly would definitely stay here again.

The French restaurant Emma was delightful. Great food and great atmosphere.

Rooms need a little more on cleaning and disinfecting- doors have greasy finger prints- restroom tubs need scrubbing and old hair removed by washing the tub

This Hotel always has a staff that speaks English. The staff is always top notch, professional over the last 6 years I've been patronizing this hotel. The cleanliness is always satisfying and there 12 o'clock check out time much appreciated.

Everything overall was great. Beds can be not so firm. But other than that great stay and staff wonderful. Convenience to second tower for dentist.

The staff here are professional, friendly, multilingual, and incredibly helpful to guests. The service here is excellent. I stayed here because of all these reasons and the hotel's location to area restaurants, stores, doctors, and other businesses. There is laundry service for a fee. The rooms are clean with beautiful views of either the golf course or a city view. The food is delicious. The weekend offers a delicious buffet with live entertainment. The regular menu offers a wide variety of choices. The gym is clean and has a nice selection of equipment. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and inviting. There is a small shop for some food, beverage items. There is a spa and a casino. I hope to stay here again.

We have been staying at this hotel for years. We really enjoy our stays. They have a great restaurant that has a delicious brunch buffet at a great price! From chilaquiles, omelettes, menudo, yogurts and pastries. You name it this restaurant has it. They have so much food to choose from. The service is great!
