The hotel room is neat and clean, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and efficient, the hotel is very strategically located next to Wynyard train station and the road to the city center or QVB shopping, Chinatown can be walked if you want to save on tram fares, so it is a favorite hotel to stay in every time you go to Sydney.

The room was amazing! Very spacious, comfortable, quiet and in a perfect location to walk to the centre of the CBD, Harbour Bridge and surrounds. Staff were really lovely and helpful also.

The room is small, not as per our expectation concerning the price we paid for. Nevertheless, what really disappointed us was the AC didn't work on the 2nd day and it took almost 1 hour to make the staff came to check. Finally we were offered to move to other room and still the receptionist called and asked whether we need help with our stuffs. Of course we need it, no need to ask, just come and help!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here, the place is clean, the service is good and fast, and no less pleasant, the location is very strategic with recreational places and the train station, just walk, affordable prices.

Overall are superb for us, because we got the highest floor room (21f) with surprised white wine for our anniversary. We didn’t try any dining room here. Fitness facilities are well maintained and open 6 am to 10.30 pm daily and on the same 21f.

The location is very good near the train station wynyard and the wand bus station goes everywhere nice. Room conditions are comfortable and clean, food around is also plenty, and near the coles and metro supermarkets. Alright.
