Hotel staff is friendly. There is a place to store luggage, so if you don't have a room you can leave it. The room is clean and enough for two. Close to Javel station and a little far to Hakiem beer station. From the front of the hotel you can take photos with a view of the Eiffel.

I haven't stay there I got no visa can they already charge me.

The hotel and facilities is very good. The rooms are spacious and the location is prime. There is a bridge from the hotel to the galleries lafayette next door so its very easy to find food and restaurants. For service I say the staff are very busy because there ua a lot of tours staying there.

Quite close to Eiffel and Bir Hakeim Metro station where you can go anywhere. The Hotel has huge lobby and souvenir shop and lots of smoking outside the Lobby. Unfortunately, I cannot see Eiffel tower from the window of my room, was blocked by the high rise building next to hotel.

Nice and friendly employees there is rice but no brus teeth all okay clean comfortable and close to the mall.

The room is clean, strategic place. Close to the Hakeim beer metro station about 10 minutes on foot. Get cool eifel photo spots. only the bathroom is narrow. overall is cool.

Location is great with a walking distance to Eiffel Tower/subway and many restaurants nearby. However the lift is very slow and overly crowded in morning time. We waited half an hour just to take the lift down to lobby. The breakfast restaurant is overly crowded too that we need to take some queue to enter. Overall it is a good place to stay.

I with my wife spent 3 nights in this hotel. The distance is 15 minutes walk from the station saint michael and a 30 minute walk to the Eiffel. The hotel rooms are quite well supported by hotel staff and a good breakfast. The location is very good in my opinion because the view room face to face with seine river and has direct access to the Mall Grenelle.
