Fantastic location right in the heart of Verona !!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Our room had a very strong unpleasant odor which made it difficult to spend time in our suite which we had paid a premium for an additional $100Euro/night for 6 nights over a standard room(600 Euro). When brought to the hotel managers attention, he indicated that they had inspected the room and found it satisfactory. When I asked a second time if he believed that the room was fine with no unpleasant odor, he assured me that they felt it was perfectly fine, and consistent with their standards. I eventually had a respiratory reaction and sinus issues after 6 nights. We have spent nearly 5 months at hotels all over Italy and have never experienced anything like this. We were not offered any solutions or resolutions. No apologywas offered and I was told that if I did not like the the smell, then I should have notified them on the first day.

The hotel was amazing. The only thing that I needed is for the bartender to be a little friendlier.

This was our first time in Verona and won’t be our last! The hotel staff were very helpful (especially when it came to parking and restaurant recommendations). The hotel is close to everything you want to see. The room was gorgeous, food and drink of the highest quality and the building close enough to walk everywhere. We will definitely visit again

The location is perfect. We only had one night and wanted to be close to everything. It was also nice that once we turned off the main drag things were quiet.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. My single room was larger than expected and felt very luxurious between the finishes, bedding, spotless modern bathroom and products. Only complaint was that breakfast ended earlier than I expected and they wouldn’t let me pop in there to grab food when I had just missed the cutoff by a few minutes.

What a wonderful hotel. The location is superb and in my options cannot be beaten in Verona; it's central in the old town and just off the main street yet quiet and peaceful inside. The hotel is classic Italian in style with all the modern amenities you need. We opted for a Superior Double room which was large with a huge comfy bed, two large windows overlooking the hotels internal courtyard (so no street noise), two chairs with a table, a large TV, a fridge and safe, plenty of wardrobe space and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The rest of the hotel was beautiful with communal lounges where the hotel offers free drinks 1pm-5pm. The hotel has a gym and a sun terrace with seating.The staff were always friendly and helpful. We got a taxi from the airport, it's a fixed fare of €30. You can walk to all the main attractions in Verona from the hotel. Overall I recommend this hotel to everyone. If you're thinking of booking this hotel, just do it.

I chose this property because of its convenient location in the city center. I was pleasantly surprised at every level by the quality of the hotel. My Standard Single Room was very nicely appointed and larger than I had expected, with high quality sheets and better-than-usual quality slippers imprinted with the name of the hotel. The hotel is environmentally conscious in every way. The staff were all gracious and helpful. I wish I had booked a second night.

The entire staff were 1st class!! All the ladies at the desk were extremely helpful on recommending restaurants, site seeing, and wineries to visit. We will definitely stay here again.😍😍

Excellent location! Walking distance to everything. Short bus ride to train station. Many excellent restaurants in the area. In the heart of the shopping district. Room was clean and nice, definitely updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Super hotel. Situated in the heart of Verona close to designer shops, restaurants and 5 mins from Arena. Hotel spotless clean with welcoming staff.

Fabulous hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, location excellent. Nice surprise to find a shared terrace (which we had to ourselves during our stay) outside of our room. Lovely buffet breakfast also. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We loved the welcome cocktail and the snacks and champagne in the afternoon. The hotel is well laid out and has several open areas for relaxing or meeting. We loved it!

Absolute 5* service in Italy - not easy to find in reality despite stars given on paper. Really great team, beautiful hotel, well stocked rooms, great facilities to work if needed. We were well looked after. Will return if back in Verona

Great hotel. Centrally located 4 star, on a quiet side street off the main designer shopping area (Via Mazzini). An oasis. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Charming staff, welcoming and helpful. Buffet breakfast varied and plentiful. 5 mins walk to Arena/River/Piazza Bra and Piazza Erbe and loads of restaurants. A bonus was the rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a sofa seating area.
