The size of the room was great. The amenities could be better. There is a fridge, stove and microwave. However the pans are not great, and there is not enough plates or cutlery. The decor is a little outdated. The tv in the living room is not a smart tv. The hot tub by the pool looked like it needed to be clean. The Oxxo was convenient.

Great experience. Very respectful and honest staff

There was a huge incident the weekend I stayed there. A man tried sneaking into the girls restroom by the pool but he escaped. They couldn’t find him and the cameras near the restroom didn’t work. HUGE NEGATIVE The room was an okay size it looked way bigger in the pictures. My A/C ran cold all through the hot weekend. To be honest it was a comfortable stay for a budget gold resort. Staff was very helpful and friendly Their is an Oxxo on sight and that’s super beneficial for quick snacks The bar on sight was a lot of fun too! This places needs a face lift but not bad. The only thing that really bugged me was stained towels and the dusty curtains that left white dust on your hands.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly. The exterior of the property is quite beautiful; unfortunately, the rooms are in need of improvement, as my room had a water leak and there were spiders. Furthermore, whenever the air conditioning was turned on, a section of the plastic ceiling vents would lift up, exposing the attic above. The lake smelled like sewage, and there were no hair dryers in the room—I had to request one from the front desk. There were also no cooking utensils or spoons provided. Finally, I feel that guests staying at the hotel should be offered a discount on golf.

Great relaxing place

Rooms were great especially for the price and the area was beautiful. The rooms did smell a little funky initially but nothing terrible. Overall great experience!

I had a 3 day stay and the property was clean in a quiet and safe area. There is a store, a restaurant, and a bar inside premises. Yes, it’s on the older side which gives Spanish Villa vives. The golf course amenities are a separate fee for those that want to play golf. I give it a good review because no one bothered us, we got extra towels upon request, and most importantly, there was hot running water to shower. I would recommend this resort.

Great view of the ocean, the jacuzzi didnt work staff seems to be short staff and feel the golf prices were high and didnt get a discount for staying in the hotel
