Best lodging in the city. Excellent attentive staff.

No hot tub and the bar was boring

The room was in good conditions except for the fact that the balcony door did not work. The door to the balcony can be accessed from any room with a balcony and therefore i did not feel comfortable and asked to be moved to a different room which was not in such a great condition… at least not for the price.

Everything was excellent plus they allowed late check-out as we were there for medical reasons. We will stay there when there is a need for a stay in Mexicali again.

La habitación requiere aislar mejor el sonido externo, demasiado ruido desde la Benito Juárez . Una cafetera en la habitación ayudaría

Rooms are dated - no fridge, no USB Some front desk staff were helpful, but receptionist at check-in was rude. Pool was not heated and no hot tub.

It was all good except the AC was not working.. But staff provided me with a portable heater..
